Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Well nothing was put together inside they left cardboard and plastic inside, that has never happened before with other refrigerator delivery from any other company I have had ever! though the refrigerator is nice the inside parts are light plastic can easily be cracked. so far so good on how it works not to crazy about the weird ice cube shape. Paying to haul old one out was new too. Never was charged to haul old one away. would not buy another item from Best Buy again.

The man they sent to install the unit would not install the shelves nor would he adjust the door so that when you close the doors the seals would align with the seals on the refrigerator. in addition to that when I open the door the entire unit rolls out towards me. I think when I purchase a $3000.00 appliance it should be installed and ready to be put to use.
