I then spent hours and hours on the phone being tranferred from one customer service agent to the next. I based my purchase on its ability to be delivered before Christmas yet when I refused the damaged unit, the next available delivery date was Feb 1. This was completely unacceptable and there was not one person that could help me resolve the issue. Best Buy has the absolute worst customer service i have EVER experienced. You could not talk to anyone directly... you call the store and it routes you to the international call center and those folks are useless. Not sure if I will ever be back and I'm more than happy to share my experience over and over again! Do better Best Buy!!! So disappointing.

The man they sent to install the unit would not install the shelves nor would he adjust the door so that when you close the doors the seals would align with the seals on the refrigerator. in addition to that when I open the door the entire unit rolls out towards me. I think when I purchase a $3000.00 appliance it should be installed and ready to be put to use.

Paying to haul old one out was new too. Never was charged to haul old one away. would not buy another item from Best Buy again.

Buyer beware, electrical problems

Fast forward another 3 months and it started having electrical issues. Of course this was past the one year warranty so had to pay $550 for an extended one year warranty to fix it. Now another 7 months later, it has completely gone dead. Waiting another week for the service company to come fix it if possible. Will not be buying another KitchenAid product.
