Extremely Disappointed – Poor Installation & Faulty Appliances I purchased Thermador and KitchenAid appliances from Best Buy, expecting premium quality and professional installation. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of a disaster. 1. Installation Issues: Best Buy handled the installation, but it was not done properly. It has taken over six months to correct their mistakes, which is completely unacceptable. 2. Refrigerator Failures: First, my KitchenAid refrigerator failed just six months after installation. KitchenAid sent a qualified warranty technician, but even after two repair attempts and a five-week wait, the issue remains unresolved, and I am still waiting for parts. KitchenAid Compressor Failure 3. Suspicious Product Quality: Given the number of problems I’ve encountered with these supposed top-tier brands, I can’t help but question whether Best Buy is selling second-hand or defective units. It’s shocking to have this many major failures within such a short time frame. I am beyond frustrated and will never purchase appliances from Best Buy again. Their poor installation, lack of timely support, and questionable product quality have caused me endless stress and inconvenience. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for major appliance purchases.

Love this fridge, wanted it for years, finally got it

Bought this Kitchen Aid as an Upgrade from a Samsung model. With the Heftier price tag comes better quality, better looks and overall esthetics. The interior is spacious and comes with compartments and features that you can see and feel the quality.

I like it. Overall looks great! Just plain and simple.

First one had problems (air leaking from fridge doors causing water condensation on the freezer drawer & doors not aligned) doors could not be aligned by Geek Squad so fridge got replaced. Replacement fridge having the same problem, doors still not aligned right and the new fridge making an intermittent noise which the last one didn’t that sounds like the fan is not right. Very upset

Purchased August of 2023, delivered September of 2023. Ice maker stopped working. Called a tech to repair and they said the motor was shot. A one year and three month old fridge and a part for a heavily advertised feature is already dead. Calling customer service was no help. They first tried to pawn me off to Best Buy saying my warranty was through them (not true) Bd then told me, "There's no one in the company who will help you. You're outside of the warranty and it's no longer covered. There is no manager I can transfer you to that's going to help you." Buyer beware, sounds like the company does not stand by their product.

This fridge is everything we thought it would be and more. Our experience purchasing it was smooth and simple, and we were treated with exceptional customer service. We will never hesitate purchasing future appliances with Best Buy! Thank You!
