I received a product that doesn’t work, they came and set it up and it felt a little cool. We added our groceries in there and turns out it was defective and ALL my food spoiled!! I will never work with Best Buy again!!

Door handles are coming loose and ice maker/water dispenser are failing. At least I didn't waste money on the "Extended Warranty" that would be up by now. At least I didn't buy a Samsung, my brother did and the auto defrost burned out in less than a year and he found out that the 5 year sealed system warranty that used to be an industry standard was only 30 days for Samsung and the defrost is not repairable.
