Have only owned the unit less than a week but works well. Nice looking Refrigerator. Makes ice well and has plenty of room. Did not really take up any more space than my old side by side unit.

This refrigerator is the very best refrigerator i have ever owned! It has plenty of room , makes plenty of ice Water filter works great plus it is veryquite! On top of all this it is very Pretty.

We bought this refrigerator as part of a whole new KitchenAid kitchen refresh. We have had the pieces for a little over 3 years and the refrigerator has broken twice already. The first time, it was leaking puddles of water all over the floor at random times. Turned out to be a clogged hose to the water dispenser, after only 1 year of having it. Now, on the 3 year anniversary of buying it, it has stopped cooling completely. It stopped making ice a few days ago and now it is no longer staying cold. When we called Best Buy for service, we were told it would be almost 3 weeks until they could get us an appointment. Waiting on a call back to see if they can get us in sooner. Extremely disappointed in KitchenAid. For an expensive product, it sure doesn’t hold up like it should.

We upgraded our old GE and as of right now it was worth it. The kitchen aid stays cooler and colder than the GE. Moved the GE to the garage still works but noticeably difference in build quality. Only down fall would be the ice maker. Not a big deal for me but other people might not care for how long it takes to make ice.

Refrigerator was purchased to replace a similar sized Samsung. I believe that this unit will be easier to keep clean and perform better. The ice maker is definitely better. i am very pleased with my purchase.

overall quality is good, verry nice to look at. only complaint is the ice bin is too small and takes for ever to fill

It a very nice looking fridge and so far its working as it should. The inside is nice looking but feels cheaply made. Not like the refrigerators of 20 years ago. It seems now manufactures are moving toward the make ot look nice and hopefully the customer wont get 10 years out of it so they can buy another. Seems everything now is lacking in the quality that my generation is used to.

I've only had it a few weeks but I love it. It's well designed to hold the most amount of food. I like the small details that make a big difference. I still don't have the ice maker hooked up but I don't foresee any issues. I would recommend this refrigerator.

The fridge was installed several days ago. So far everything works fine and the fridge looks very stylish. The installation crew did a great job taking the old fridge away and installing new one.

Great quality! It has so much storage space and also freezer door has a place to store pizza.

Aesthetically pleasing, nice lighting, spacious, convenient storage areas.

The fridge itself isn’t bad, but the ice maker is terrible. We’ve had it less than a month and already have a service appointment scheduled (which is weeks out) because something is wrong with our ice maker. If I’m told parts need to be ordered or that’s just how it is, it’s going back to Best Buy. For $3000+ I expect more.

A lot of space . Get condensation on top if freezer door

Do not buy! We had the refrigerator for 1 year and 1 month and the compressor broke. They came and fixed it but it was a hassle to get the service repair work. And the company they contracted the work out to were complete jerks. We also bought the stove and dishwasher as a package. One of the burners on the stove does not work correctly, stays on high all the time. And now the dishwasher is making a loud noise when running. Stay away from Kitchenaid.

I purchased this refrigerator one month ago. I am very disappointed that as of today, the ice maker still does not work. I have had 5 different visits by different repairmen and so far no one has been able to fix the problem.

The experience both purchasing through best Buy and now dealing with KitchinAid is a nightmare. Best Buy broke our water valve during instillation. Brough a damaged refrigerator the second time, and now after 1 year the new refrigerator has completely stopped working. Best Buy has washed their hands and we've spend hours on the phone all while having a fridge that does not work. AVOID AT ALL COST

We bought this and 21 days after warranty expired, it died. This went from fridge to oven and cooked our food. Kitchen aid said they would cover repairs as there is a known quality issue with them. The factory service company schedules two weeks out and commonly calls morning of to reschedule. We have been rescheduled twice now. If you buy this unit, which I do not recommend, get the service plan because it will need repair.

Beautiful inside and out! Absolutely love the water measuring feature options built in.
