I have this unit for 2 weeks already, and I not having have any issue. It is much better than my old 5dior fridge

The refrigerator is a very good system, only had a couple minor issues with it. The ice and water dispensers are a bit noisy. However nothing that any other unit doesn't go through.

The kitchen aid refrigerator i purchase has ample storage and a great design. Perfect fit for our home.

Refrigerator arrived on time and Installation was completed in approx 2hrs. To date, refrig performance ok and presently am satisfied with operation. Am disappointed in no operation manual was provided! Unable to obtain Manual and required to download online. Unsatisfactory!!!

Great refrigerator. Classy too! Love the inside because it isn’t basic white. Looks more expensive.

So far we love our Kitchen Aid French door refrigerator. We just replaced our older model and we love the improvements. Very smart changes to optimize the space with sliding shelves and an improved drawer for deli meats and cheeses. I wish i could have got the model I saw in Canada with the small ice cubes. I didn’t know it was an option. I would loved to have that option.

Best fridge ever, very spacious, I’m very happy with my choice. I love the design.

I love all the features. This is fancy and functional.

Would not recommend. Makes strange noises that come on and off. Also, will freeze some of your foods ( produce and eggs) if they are placed against the walls and back of the refrigerator (especially on top shelf). I have turned down the temperature and it still happens. It is a good looking appliance and I like the arrangement of the compartments and drawers.

Was a good price. Bought open box but (recertified in excellent condition) noticed after a day of having it that its missing a shelf in the door. Contacted the store imidiately i got it from and they told me im more than welcome to go to my local best buy and if they didnt have the part they could order it free of charge. Went to my local store and they didnt care at all. Explained the situation to the guy and he said well unfortunately we dont carry spare parts so im not sure what (you) can do... shouldnt be me doing anything i bought a very expensive fridge that was recertified by geeksquad and they missed that it is missing a part... i spend a good amount of money at best buy usually. but guess they think theyre the only store that sales things. Im also a total tech member and wasnt offered the free instalation or anything so really not sure why im paying a membership fee for crap service.

Absolutely the best! We love our new refrigerator. Its keeps food cold and frozen at the correct temperature. The ice maker works like a dream. Prior to this KitchenAid refrigerator, the refrigerator that we bought WAS NOT a KitchenAid. It was was nothing but trouble. The ice maker kept freezing up and my husband had to constantly defrost it with a hairdryer so that it would work. It kept leaking from the water and ice spout. THANK YOU KITCHENAID FOR THIS WONDERFUL REFRIGERATOR!

Best fridge I have ever owned. To get your stuff is very easy and convenient. Our Best Buy installer’s were excellent and extremely neat in cleaning up after they were done.. the separate ice and water access is prize.

Replaced a 25 year old refrigerator and very happy with my decision. I had several issues with newer thick door refrigerators and this is the only one which fit my space.

So far we really enjoy having our new refrigerator. It's beautiful and fits perfectly into our available space. The Best Buy team that installed it were amazing, after the 1st team said it wouldn't fit, the 2nd team saw it at the warehouse and knew it was ours and asked if they couldn't bring it out to try it the next day as they were 99% sure it would fit! So thankful for them. That's the only fridge I wanted. Read some bad reviews from others on it, but haven't found any of them to be true!

Ohlala... This is fancy! I absolutely adore my new refrigerator by Kitchen Aid. For many years I hate chose a middle of the road fridge that never seem to last that long. I am sure this one will manage to be around for many years seeing as the brand has a good reputation. The unit has the coolest sliding shelf so you don't have to remove items to get to what your looking for in the back of the fridge. I am super impressed with this model. We have had it for a few weeks and it is perfect!

So far Great. Lots of room nice lighting. Had difficulty finding right space for tall bottles. Ie wine but figured it out. Would of appreciated a printed manual with purchase

The refrigerator is great but I will never buy a major appliances from Best Buy along the install and delivery company is the same
