It looks nice but it’s somewhat difficult to clean, especially around the nobs. The downdraft sounds louder than our old cooktop but is way less powerful. It heats up great and it’s easy to cook on. The biggest issues we had were around the way Best Buy handles installations. Otherwise this cooktop is just ok.

I really prefer gas to electric but, that is not an option in my kitchen. The install company was a rip-off - con. They charged me an additional $150 for the exhaust hose from range to exhaust. Took them all 3 minutes to connect a $25 dollar part. Never use Lone Star Installers for your products. Your customers will be upset.
