Hard to clean if something boil or fell on it. Very disappointed with this purchase and want to return it. The installation service was also poor.

These “licensed installers” were a complete joke. We had to have a real electrician come after they were here to do the install correctly.

My old cooktop had coil burners, so I am not used to my cookware moving when I stir something. I really love the exhaust in this cooktop!

Best Buy is replacing but no timeframe provided. The so called dedicated concierge line is useless and provides very little information. Each time you call you have to repeat your story. No one takes notes. Also, initial measurements provided to me from Best Buy weren’t correct either. I had to pay $500 extra dollars to the delivery/installation contractor to make additional cuts so the stove top would fit correctly. Paying extra to be a total tech member isn’t worth it, based on my experience!

Whirlpool (who apparently owns the brand) is sending someone out, but it'll be 5 days from now. In the meantime we can't cook. Very unhappy at the moment.
