It's a very practical cooktop, ignites at the second, easy to clean, looks great, I'm happy with it!

Love the stove just wish they would have had a little more space from the burner and the knobs. The knobs get really hot and the writing starts to come off easily.

This 36-inch KitchenAid gas cooktop is both functional and stylish. The burners offer precise heat control, great for anything from simmering to searing. The stainless steel surface is easy to clean and looks sleek in the kitchen. I got it at a great price from Best Buy, making it a perfect choice!

Overall it's a good cooktop. There are a lot of things to like about it....really everything except it's hard to get it to look clean, primarily the control knob area. I've used every type of cleaner, water only, soft cotton, paper towel, etc., and it's a lot of work if not impossible to remove all streaks and spots.
Design, layout, grates, knobs are all top notch. It cooks well and there is an infinite range of adjustments for precise heat control.

This Cooktop is very nice and high end looking. I had to get a guy to enlarge the opening in the Granite , You have to measure correctly or you would be disappointed . I love everything about this Cook Top but I was disapointed with Best Buy's photos which showed 2 burners with a double tier burner where in fact it only had the middle one. The picture still as of today show that bottom right burner with dual heads.

This Kitchen-Aid cooktop has been great so far. Really quality product.
Only feedback is that it's a little hard to see the burner knob setting as the L, M, H, off indicators are a slightly different color than the stainless steel and feel like I need to always turn on additional lighting in my kitchen to see where I have the knob set to.

Have had this Cooktop for a month and like it so far. It looks great and the burners are spaced well. It is easy to operate because burners are easy to see for flame adjustment.
Our previous cooktop had knobs along the right side and it is different cooking across the front knobs. The grates are nice and heavy but center grate is inconveniently different from side grates. Our only issue so far has been the electronic igniters clicking continuously occasionally which requires readjusting knobs repeatedly to stop the igniters.

Very informative sales rep. delivery was fine. Overall good experience. The burners are bigger in size, the ease of use is so good. The cleaning is very easy.

My old stove top went out and I bought this as a replacement for my wife. She loves it. Great even heating and looks beautiful with our other appliances in the kitchen. The middle burner is our favorite because how fast it can heat up water.

I'm disappointed with the long amount of time it takes to boil water or heat food on all burners except for the center burner which is a powerful 20,000 BTU's. The 2 most used burners in the front of the cooktop are 10,000 BTU's but seem to take forever to boil a tea kettle of water. 10,000 BTU's is a lot but it appears that the distance between the flame and the pots sitting on the high grates may be excessive and much of the heat from the flame is lost.

This KitchenAid 36' Stainless Steel Cooktop is GREAT. It has 5 burners with all the cooking options you need. It is very easy to clean and is attractive to look at.

This is a really good cooktop. The burners have gotten apparently permanently stained, perhaps from the heat combined with a spill. No amount of cleaning can reduce the staining. It looks sort of like how steel turns blue with high heat, but its brown/bronze. The settings for the knobs are incredibly hard to see when an overhead light is on.
