Coming from a 4-burner cooktop, I’d have to say I really love the 5th burner (in the middle). You can blast a pot with a double ring of fire to really boil water fast or drop down to just the inner flame to keep a pot of chili simmering. Even when not using the middle burner, having the continuous grates across the middle gives you a lot of space for holding hot pots or pans hot out of the oven. Cooking on this stovetop has been really enjoyable and we definitely recommend it.

Kitchen Aid cooktop is a fantastic appliance! The middle burner is very useful. With two rings one very low and then the outer ring very high. You want to crisp up frozen hash browns. Best cooktop my wife has ever had. We have been married 51 years so have had many ranges and cooktops.

Been using this cooktop for a few months now. Very impressed with the amount of heat the center cooktop puts out, great for walk work.

Exchanged this cooktop because of several issues. Finish was covered in a sticky coating that would not come off. Looked dull and gummy and impossible to clean. Moreover the design makes it difficult and downright dangerous to use the front burners. Large pans hang over the front burner grates so you have to reach under the hot pan to adjust the control. Wouldn’t be an issue if you cook with small pans or one at a time, but it was really difficult to fit multiple pans and not end up with burned fingers. Exchanged for Monogram series and love it!

Based on reviews, we had narrowed our choices down to a Bosch cooktop and the KitchenAid. We have had very good experiences with KitchenAid appliances, and it was more highly regarded by our salesman as well. It has performed very well, the simmer burner and the power burner are terrific. It also looks good, and is pretty easy to keep clean. Great for holiday cooking!

I didn't know I would be very satisfied with my cooktop. It has worked perfectly well. It was the best price I could find when compared with other cooktop with the same characteristics. I cook my meals very fast and my cooktop is easy to clean! Thank you for the free shipping too. It was fast and when I needed it. Overall, I am very satisfied!

The cooktop has great burners especially the middle one. You can move your pot easily accross the grill and the controls are easy to use. The stainless steel however is not smooth and smudges easily.

The lettering on the dials is so light it’s almost impossible to read. it takes way too long to boil water, even on the double “hot” burner and I’ve been to.d it will cost $140 to have someone come out and look at it. I’ve only had it installed for three weeks! I’ve had Kitchenaid in the past but this is disappointing, especially since there seems to be nor remedy

Great cooktop. It replaced a very old glass cooktop. Nothing beats a gas cooktop. Looks great, heavy duty and easy to clean.

it is exactly what I was expecting. Great for anyone who likes to cook on a nice gas stove.

Bought on sale at the store. The Rep had it shipped directly to our home and it arrived in good condition about a week and a half later. Overall, very nice gas cook top and we like the variety of burner sizes.

Great product, kitchenaid quality is really above the mainstream appliance brands. The main flame is much stronger than my old Thermador ( the new ones are probably stronger still). Stainless steel finish is flawless and really brightens up my countertop. Totaltech install was professionally done but the installers somehow didn’t make the intended time window when they came to my place and pretty much ruined my Saturday.

Best ever stovetop. I grew up cooking in an electric stovetop...had no idea that there was a better way to cook. Not only is this a dream to cook on, the clean up is easy too...I can be messy when cooking.
