Customers commend the 24" Top Control Built-In Stainless Steel Tub Dishwasher for its exceptionally quiet operation and very good cleaning performance. Many appreciate the convenience of the third rack and the generous capacity it offers. While some users have noted long cycle times and occasional reliability issues, overall the dishwasher is well-received.

I was holding out for months in the hopes that the Bosch 800 models would again become available in local stores when a friend suggested I get a KitchenAid. After her rave review, as well as reading numerous customer and professional reviews, I oped to wait no longer and buy this amazing model. Not only does it do a fabulous job washing and drying, it's also quiet, and with its third rack and adjustable middle rack, it holds many more dishes than my old dishwasher. Oh, and it cost about $100 less than the comparable Bosch model!

This dishwasher is great once you figure out that you'll only get clean dishes when you turn on extra heat. Too many "eco friendly" features these days. People dont want grease on their "clean" dishes. Also, use the extended dry option or be ready to hand dry everything. Seems to be built well, but the very top rack for cups etc has limited to no use because of its height. The included upper silverware tray will not always get your silverware clean. Dont put anything on the top rack with a lip, it wont dry.

This is my second KA 3rd rack dishwasher - I moved and left one behind in former house. First item I bought in new house is the same dishwasher, slightly upgraded after two years have gone by. Absolutely LOVE it. The third rack is a game changer and the noise level is so low, I have to look at light to be sure it's not still running.

My kitchen aide dishwasher is sooo quiet, and the dishes really are sparkling clean. I love the three rack design. This design lets the water go all around with full loads and makes loading and unloading easy. Sure hope it has a long life .

Well made. Very quiet. Everything comes out spotless. So happy. We had a GE dishwasher for 18 months that was serviced 6 times. We went back to a tried and true name and we made the right choise

Great KitchenAid quality! Quiet and energy efficient. Dries the dishes really well. We really love the top drawer - it's deeper than other brands and allows glasses on that level, The black stainless actually matches our Samsung Tuscan Steel fridge very well. The door closes very solidly on this dishwasher - you can feel the quality.

Only had this dishwasher for three weeks. It's nice, but not all-that. I really like the three-rack design, but overall, my dishes don't seem to fit in it so well. It may just be that I need to get used to it more. It gets my dishes clean and I really like the towel bar on the front. I like it more for ease of pulling it open than to actually put a towel on it though. It's moderately quiet, not super-quiet. I like the fan inside that runs after the washing is done to help to continue to dry the dishes.

Absolutely amazing! Zero water spots period, it’s massive! First time loading it up I realized I got all the pans, plates and utensils all in one load with a significant amount of room left. My biggest issue is I feel like I’m running a half full dishwasher! Other than that it’s amazing and silent.

We ended up moving to this top tier version of dishwasher because it was on sale at a great price. It is very easy to use and does a great job cleaning our dishes. We really like the 3rd rack that is unique from other 3rd track dishwashers in the fact that it has special design for glasses and flatware. It also has additional wash head for glasses.

Love this baby!!! The usable 3rd rack and much taller lower levels are why I chose this. Install was easy. Super quiet but has a tiny light on front so yu know when it is washing. Dishes come out very clean. The Pro Dry still leaves water on the tops of my coffee cups, but no big deal.

Not to hard to install. Dishes come out really clean. I am surprised how much more room We have in this dishwasher compared to our old one. On the cups that are concave on top have water left in them and everything else comes out dry. I am really impressed with this dishwasher. Also, it is very quite.

Absolutely love this dishwasher! The top rack was the clincher for me. We always have lots of dirty glasses and bowls so to have an extra/separate rack for them is great. The third rack is also handy for larger utinsels like spatulas. The dishwasher dries the dishes beautifully, no more water on the rims! And it’s actually pretty quiet.

Absolutely LOVE this dishwasher! It makes almost no noise at all and with the Pro Dry option, none of my dishes, even the plastic have had standing water on them. The 3 racks have been really convenient and I am completely satisfied!

Excellent drying with extended pro dry, so quiet you don't even know it is on. The third rack adds a whole new level of what can fit in a cycle and fits cups perfectly. Love that you can see the time left even though it is hidden under the counter at the right angle. Finally dishes come out clean.

My Kitchen Aid's 44 dBA Dishwasher was delivered nearly 8 months ago; it is hands-down the best dishwasher I have ever owned. There are so many things I love about this dishwasher. It is easy to use. The 3rd rack provides great flexibility in loading dishes and its additional capacity decreases how often the dishwasher has to be run. Dishes, glasses, and plastics (!) are clean and completely dry when the normal cycle is used along with the ProDry Extended heat option and a rinse aid. My only complaint is that since this dishwasher lacks a lock feature, it is easy to accidentally initiate a wash cycle. This may be a significant problem for homes with young children. That said, this is a great dishwasher and I highly recommend it!

I read numerous reviews of various models and settled on the 604 above and beyond the 404. The reason is the 604 model has a fan that assists the drying process. This seems critical. And It works great. Very quiet. Also I find the fact I can adjust the middle rack up and down to be great. The spinning tube jets on the upper rack how they jet water into glasses and cups is excellent - ring marks? Gone. I find the unit very quiet also. One should have the option to review after 12 months, but already I am very impressed with the model. The handle bar is nice too - I wanted the bar because I had read how the recessed pulls tend to pull on the door cover and electronics whereas the bar does not - and it also provides a place for dish drying towels as well.
