    Arrived damaged but I’m stuck with it

    Range arrived damaged. Damage was identified by installers before installing. Box was fine though so must’ve been packaged damaged from the factory. Huge, probably 6”x6” dent on front that sticks out beyond my cabinets, is obvious right away, not just a ding, it’s a dent. Only thing Best Buy offered me was a $200 gift card. So I’m stuck with a brand new, expensive range, that looks more beat up than my old one did. I’d recommend shopping somewhere different that understands delivering/installing a damaged product is not acceptable and should be resolved for the customer. I hope this doesn’t happen to you.

    Stovetop does not properly operate - stay away

    I ordered this stove set it up and the gas burners on the stove work terribly. They burn way too high and the knob has no effect on adjusting the flame size. Yes, I calibrated them, or tried too and nothing worked. The kitchen aid support has been awful. They sent a local appliance repair company out twice and both times they were not able to fix this. The company has said they have had a challenging time working with kitchenaid/whirlpool as well. I bought this thing over a month ago and it is still is not working properly, and my best buy return window has expired. Overall awful experience. I should have stuck with samsung.

    Great looking, great cooktop. AWFUL gas ovan

    Best Buy was great, got I bought this oven for a great price and it was delivered with no issue. Now for the oven itself, I HATE it. The gas oven fluctuates about 90 degrees even after calibrating it it it’s max of 30 degrees above set temperature. Everything so far has taken 10-15 minutes longer to cook. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE- buy the duel fuel. The gas cooktop is great. The gas oven is awful. I will be selling this oven and replacing it with a duel fuel range. After this experience it may not be a kitchen aid.

    This is supposed to be a self cleaning (steam) but it does not clean the oven at all, crappy job.

      MsDot, we’re sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with your Aqualift® Cleaning Cycle. The Aqualift® technology is an alternative for customers that don't want to be concerned with chemicals or smell. It's designed to lift stains from the Oven and the customer can wipe them away rather than having them burned off. The steam created while using this cycle is meant to help release backed on foods, but some elbow grease may still be required. For especially stubborn areas, you want to saturate the area with Dawn Dish Soap and water solution and let it sit for up to 30 minutes. This may help get the grease adhered to the cooking surface off. KitchenAidBrand

    Love the look but im in the second replacement and same problem the simmer function on the main/power burner doesn’t work properly. Will be the third time best buy send a replacement hopefully the third one does not have any pronlem. Very frustrating plus waste of time amd money since habe yi leave work to wait for the delivery

    You think you pay more for appliances and it’s not going to be a piece of junk. Installed it couldn’t figure it out said it didn’t work. Had to wait for another one. Bought extended warranty probably be using it. Have used KitchenAid for a while probably buy something else next time. The way they make appliances These days they all are made cheap And junky.

    This was bought for my daughter it had on sign a dent not as is I’m highly upset being treated like this been good customer I’m thinking of closing my acct. and won’t give nice reviews trust me

    Glass blew up inside of door while cooking after owning for only 8 months!! Had to get replacement from manufacture as it was a manufacture defect.

    terrible. Came with missing burner parts. Kitchen aid was no help they even came out but could not find the right replacement for the burner so my burner plates don't match. the black dots by the knobs started coming off after only two months. Very disappointed with Kitchen Aid as it is supposed to be a good brand. Shame on Best Buy for selling such garbage.

    This range really disappointed us, the burners were low and did not do a good job of evenly heating the pots. Disappointed in the performance of the Simmer burner... Poor

    Works as expected. 2 stars because the simmer function is only on one of the 5 burners. Also, when using the simmer function and then lighting off the stove... the simmer burner has a tendency to go out and continuously just pumps gas into the house. This is very dangerous if not caught early and has happened many times and un-noticed until realizing my rice isn't cooked or smelling gas when entering from another room.

    BUYER BEWARE: DON'T BUY THIS HERE. WE FOUND IT CHEAPER ELSEWHERE. AND OUR "PERSONAL SHOPPER" WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND MADE A LOT OF TROUBLE FOR US AT Best Buy AND GEEK SQUAD. WE WERE ELITE PLUS MEMBERS, BUT WE WON'T DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN.
