The Kitchen Aid double oven is wonderful. Great top and bottom stoves with plenty of room for big items. The top oven heats up quickly for smaller items. The stove top burners are great, and food cooks very quickly! We re still working with the convection part of the oven.

Day to day I only need something small so this oven really meets my needs. I have only used the bottom oven once because most of my casserole dishes fit perfectly in the top oven. It heats up super fast and I love the griddle on the stove top as well.

I am obsessed with this oven! The stove top is so much better than our previous one and I love having the double oven, it’s honestly made cooking so easy. I was recommended this range by multiple people that love it and I couldn’t be happier with it!

The stove is excellent. The delivery and installation were disappointing, especially the follow up customer service process. I have sent emails and had several conversations. I was told your AI app converted my conversations into notes. Based on my last conversation with the LPFR group, the AI app does not accurately or completely capture the entire conversation. I trust my notes more than the app. Kitchen Aid stove is 5 star; Best Buy - 2 star (!st time ever)!!

First time owning a slide in double oven. Love the smaller oven for every day cooking like pizza, chicken, baking etc using the small oven for that is more efficient. Also like having a griddle, I use it every day. High quality finish.

I always think highly of kitchenaid being a restaurant manager. The unit was put together with little plastic clips holding the sides on. When I was trying to move the unit in place the plastic piece popped and now the lower left side sticks out when pulled out. The counter hides it though when pushed in. Overall mechanical use is good though. Love cooking with gas. Like the dual oven. Little slow on preheat.

I love this stove, would give it a 5 star rating but I dislike the fact that the top stainless steel gets scratch very easily. Other than that, it's a great over.
