There is not enough clearance for the grates to be easily remove near the rear display of the stove. Consequently, we have scratches to top of the stove.

The only thing read the manual It has been a while for a new stove and some things have changed since our last stove. Items like you need to CLOSE the door to broil our old one open the door. There was a issue with a burner again operator error solved by read the manual

But the space between the burners should be larger. The pans overlap so much that one pan sits well off center from the burner...

On a whim I went to Best Buy and saw this! Love it! My only complaint is the bright blue inside. It doesn't match our decor. My husband loves the blue.

The warranty provided with the oven clearly states that "Solid state control system parts" are covered for 5 years. Kitchenaid refuses to honor warranty.

He was very nice and because the issue was the gas valve, he suggested we exchange it since we were within the 15-day-exchange-for-any-issues-on-your-appliances date. We did an exchange and the new one is beautiful and works perfectly. Two ovens = really fast cookie making!
