The stainless stove looks great. It measures alittle higher than the description. We removed the legs and it works perfect.

Love this free standing range double oven/ convection. I get 7 dozen cooking baked with kitchen cleaned up and going on to something else in 45 minutes.

After one yr, starts flashing PO, which means we need a new fan. BB total will not cover the diagnostic, even though we have membership. Manufacturing warranty will not cover, bc it’s been a year. I spent thousands on a Kitchen Aid fridge that needs a new fan after one year. The drawers were junky right away, along with the seal to the right door. We will never purchase kitchen aid again.

Great product I should have gotten the fingerprint stainless, if offered. Other than that, great.

Overall, the features of this double oven are quite good between the double ovens, convection, and a variety of cooking settings. However, I'm rating it two stars due to reliability issues, as since its delivery/installation in Jan 2020, I've had to have it repaired twice. The primary issue that has recurred is that the lower oven has a couple of issues with the ability to heat. I've also had to have two of the burners replaced (stopped igniting). I'm currently on the third service call where, in less than two minutes, the service tech thinks it's the ignition in the lower oven. So, either that's a common issue, or he just knows his stuff. In any case, I've spent about 50% of the cost of the appliance just in repairs since owning it.

I wanted to love this oven but so disappointed.
After using it a couple times I got brown stain around burners that would not come out. It wasn’t grease , we only used for boiling water, warming soup or sauce. I called KitchenAid and they came out and ended up replacing the stove top. It seemed okay up until a couple months ago and we are getting the same brown stains. We used the middle burner for the first time and we have burn marks all around it.
And we have the same problem with our large burner not lighting up correctly.
I cannot with good fate recommend this stove. Again, very disappointed.

The gas range's temp control does not work properl

The gas cooktop works fine. I had 6 for dinner and neither oven would hold a temperature over 288. It was awful. It turned out that it was probably at the temp I programmed. We tried it and it seemed to work. Dinner at 6pm was served at 10pm. I am so disappointed with Kitchen aid. I thought it was the best. Now I'm waiting for a repair man to show up.
