    I purchased this as a gift for my parents. It’s a beautiful machine. Pros: The grounds are great and to your liking with the settings. The grounds stay securely stored, without being exposed to the air, until you’re ready to use them. It works well. Cons: Loud. Heavy. The glass bits are very delicate. Ours broke, and I cut my hand getting them out of the box. I took it back to Best Buy, and I wasn’t allowed to return it because when this item is ordered online, it is shipped from KitchenAid. I have to contact KitchenAid to get instructions to return it. Nuisance. I don’t think it’s worth that much money, but everyone knows that’s the reg with this brand. If you are not bothered by noise, and want a heavy duty grinder that does work, you are set.
