Love, love, love this oven. It works so well and is the easiest to set up. The only issue we've had was that the rubber feet came off the grates that sit on top of the stove.
The repair company brought the wrong feet twice. They ended up having to reorder the grates ... Strange.

This is one of the better designs available. Wanted a dual fuel, gas burners with electric oven, but the cost to install a 240 line was prohibitive, so we settled for all gas. The extra touches of a water vapor when rewarming was appreciated and helped make the choice easy.

After following burn in instructions and repeating 5x the oven was submitting an odor that was giving my family headaches and causing them to feel sick. Tech was sent out and determined it had a defective cooling fan and that was the reason for the smell. Two issues 1) The range arrived defective 2) If the cooling fan and the oven heating caused the smell, what damage did it do internally, that I cannot see?
To Best Buy’s credit they are making it right and replacing the unit, which I appreciate. The bad part is we now do not have an oven we can use until the replacement part arrives or the new oven can be delivered. Not having an operational oven for the holidays after just buying a whole kitchen package is certainly not the ownership experience we intended. Very disappointed.

Love the commercial look and all the features. I tried to order the stainless cleaner from Kitchen when I registered the product but their site did not work. Have to learn how to easily clean fingerprints.

The stove has both gas and electric. The broiler is electric, while the rest is gas. I really like the steam clean feature. The oven top has a lot of space, and works very well. All in all A+

Very well made American range, and I am happy with the choice. Very good burners and the top surface is very easy to clean stainless steel. I looked at similar ranges, but I would not buy a high end range made in China.
