Stove top is hard to keep clean though. Grates are heavy, but that is an issue with all new ranges, regardless of brand.

The lower drawer that acts as either a storage space or second oven is truly creative and an effective use of space. The size of the oven with three racks works great for holidays.

Low setting is still high. One burner has a simmer setting & it is genuinely low. If I can't get this issue resolved, I will have to return & replace this product. My adult son burned his hand significantly cooking Thanksgiving dinner on a pot handle that has never gotten hot before. DANGEROUS!

From purchasing to delivery. To replacing first oven and damage to floor. Dealing with Best Buy customer service has been nothing short of everyone passing the buck. Numerous trips to the store. Being assigned a manager to take over the case. Only to have that manager go completely silent. I’ve bought lots of products at Best Buy. Up until the purchase they have been professional. This is not customer service. We are extremely disappointed.
