This mixer is not disappointing. It has a powerful motor and great attachments. I love the clear glass bowl and beaters. Makes clean up clean up breeze.

The dough handle feels cheaply made. And the glass bowl is very heavy. But it is still a Kitchenaid and works great!

Bought this mixer because i found the next series of mixers up, were too big. This one is great and looks great too. Love the glass bowl.

This mixer is big enough to hold some dough. It is powerful and makes baking easier than using a hand mixer

I bought this mixer to replace my slightly smaller Kitchenaid mixer with the 4.5 quart bowl. This mixer came with the 5 quart glass bowl which I really like. The beater has a silicone blade around the side edge that scrapes the sides of the bowl with every pass eliminating the need to continually stop and scrape the sides of the bowl with a spatula. It mixes all the way to the bottom of the bowl - much better than my old one. This is a great product.

I love this mixer. I make a lot of yeast breads and the dough hook is a must. My last mixer had smaller dough hooks and the dough would wrap around the hooks and go into the mixer, which can ruin it. This doesn't happen with the KitchenAid because the disk at the top of the dough hook is large enough to catch the dough. This mixer looks very attractive as well, and it only takes half the time to mix or knead the food.

I was worried about the lower wattage, but have not noticed any laboring or struggling as far as power. Definitively like the tilt head instead of the "lift" style.

I have wanted a stand mixer for years and finally this one went on sale and I purchased it for myself for Christmas :) I love this mixer and the Chrome color looks great on my counter top. I love the attachments that came with it. My only negative is the weight of the mixer and trying to lift it. Great product!
