I make pumpkin bread at Christmas time so that will be the real test but so far it performs very nicely.

Awesome mixer

She was thrilled when it was delivered and immediately started running the mixer through some trials. She loves the attachments that came with it and especially likes the large capacity glass bowl. I made her very happy and I was able to taste some wonderful deserts!
