Excellent soundbar, vocals are crystal clear & bass is proper. Not sure where any of the negative reviews are coming from. I've have zero issues with anything. Very easy set up, but could use more connections. I'm fine, but it would be nice to have more due to its price point. This thing is plenty loud, very pleasing on the eyes. Klipsch has produced a great product.

Listened to it in store and thought it sounded great. Bought an open-box item in “excellent” condition and brought it home but it wouldn’t even power up. It may be crazy but after that I’m not willing to risk it and went a different route.

I spent about 2 hours in Best Buy listening and comparing soundbars in the $250-350 price range. This was the best IMO, but I do have a couple of complaints. I wish I could have access to a custom EQ. This would help me tweak it for the perfect sound for my room. I wish there were an on screen display so when I hit certain buttons on the remote i.e "surround sound" I would actually have a clue what I had just done.

I have now purchased 2 of these, both for my bedroom TV and our living room TV. 55 inch in room and 70 inch in living room, looks great on both. I used the rocket fish sound bar mounts. Sound is incredible and you don't have to have a full entertainment system for the audio portion of it, single optical input and your off. Very happy with this product!

Great surround sound and easy to hook up , top of the line

Purchased 11/24/19. Remote stopped responding 02/18/20. Buttons on speaker quit responding 02/24/20. I've bought several klipsch products over the past few decades and have always been impressed with their quality. Until now. At first. I really liked this speaker system. The sound was crisp, bass hit hard, and was generally well balanced once the sub levels were adjusted. But when a $350 speaker system can barely survive 3 months? Absolutely ridiculous!

Excellent sound, of course, it's a KLIPSCH !!! I like how it looks, great sound and good bass. Really loud if you want to crank it up, there is no sound distortion and the subwoofer delivers great. I'm really happy with this sound bar.

Awesome! It’s not a home theater which I have in a different room. This exceeded my expectations. Incredible sound in a small package. I have purchased many products from Best Buy with out a problem. I did have a technical issue and it was a terrible experience. Never again from Best Buy

The sound quality is great...for a sound bar. I did have a few issues with the sub disconnecting, but would reconnect on its own. It will not be a replacement for a true surround, but great sound as long as you accept it's a sound bar.

This set up has been great for our first sound bar system. Both speakers put out great sound and being able to adjust the sub separately is a great feature. Connecting my phone via Bluetooth is nice, though I wish after it disconnected it automatically went back to the TV.

I didn't want huge stereo speakers for my living room and thus decided on a soundbar. This one has great left/ right and center sound for a bar. The subwoofer is wireless and did disconnect from the bar once but I haven't had any more issues with connection.

The unit was very easy to install and the wireless sub connected seamlessly. Once installed you can absolutely tell the difference between this sound bar and others. Not only does it fill the entire room it produces balanced sound between the highs mids and lows.

Got this for the parents for their new 85" TV they bought at BestBuy. Installed it for them, sounded pretty awesome. Then a week later the subwoofer would not reconnect, went to investigate, followed the instructions to pair on the Bluetooth. After trying the procedure a few times, no luck. Then a hissing noise came from the back of the bar and started to smoke. Quickly unplugged the unit to make it stop. Parents love it, its easy to use and sounds great. Just not thrilled I worry if their house will burn down. BestBuy swapped it out with no problem, just my parents live an hour away so not really fun to drive back down there, load it up, drive it back to the city, swap it, drive it back and re install it.

Klipsch at it’s best! Powerful and clear sound. Complements your visual TV experience. Fantastic Bluetooth sound system as well. Room filling sound. Great base reflective subwoofer. Great value as well. Worth every penny.

Great sound. Only one less star because it doesn't seem to allow for very small increments in volume adjustment. When playing very soft background music to sleep to very sensitive volume control would be nice, but the lowest volume setting seems about right for that.

What can i say klipsch holds its own again. This set up has really clean and solid output only real complaint is theres not many choices for surround sound speakers from my understanding theres only the surround 3 but overall really good sound bar and sub.

This has been my husband's delight since we purchased it. He watches movies & videos as if he's at the theater. The sound quality is great, especially for a crowd of people that talk together.

Possibly the best soundbar in the under $500 price range. Great highs, mid, and lows WHEN the system works. Owned this bar for 3 days and had to unplug the subwoofer 2 of those three days. After sitting idle overnight the sub simply would not produce sound the following morning without unplugging it. Tried the firmware update which did absolutely nothing. Wasn’t a very user friendly bar. No display just lights. I returned this for the JBL 5.1 which has good sound and great superior bass however I don’t feel it is better than the bar 48 BUT at least it works.
