I would have given these 5 stars if the Bluetooth distance was better. I did not do any research on these, I had just returned another brand that hurt my ears. I have a wired pair of Klipsch and i love them, so i figued these would be just as good. I was hoping these would stay on my neck, not feel heavy like my Jaybird pair. They hurt my ears after and hour or so. Not good for a 4 hr golf game. (Distance on those, good) Here are the Cons. Poor distance, I go into another room and it starts cutting out. At times it seems like It has a loose wire, this could just be my pair. not water resistant. Not easy to use right had to operate the controls Pros. Comfortable in the ear. Great sound no matter what your genre is. Different size earbuds that come standard. The leather has not broken down from sweat. I do wear these when i golf.(One main reason I got them) You can wash the earpiece. The controls work! If you pause it and unpause 10 min later it plays (unlike some others) It synced well with my phone and tablet. And the best for me is they don't fall off my neck when i only have 1 earpiece in. I wish i could say how long the battery life is but I haven't run out of a charge.(when I'm not using them i do turn them off) I've had these for a few months and i use them everyday. And yes i did pay for them

The sound quality is a 5 star off the top, But the design for the neck ain't so great, I give it an "E" for effort on making it look high class with the designing. The ear rubber piece comes in different size, just like any other quality Bluetooth headset. But no retractable, I wonder how long the rubber piece going to last the way it swing around when u not listening to music. If the design was retractable just like the LG Infinim, would've been nice. Also, if Klipsch could come up with a design just like the Jabra Elite Sport. Most likely be the number one for best sound quality.

The sound quality is exceptional on these ear buds. The battery lasts at least 14 hours

I was forced to purchase a new Bluetooth headset when LG Tone Infinim's neck piece broke. The Klipsch looks great. I had to decide between the Bose QuietComfort 30 and the Klipsch R6 Neckband.... after two days of using these I returned them I found the neckband to be very intrusive to wear even though they are stylist.... I found the cables for the ear pods too long and and the ear pod keep popping out (tried the large Medium-default and small double tips) the sound was decent but due to the neckband form factor which is ridged... pass this one by go with the LG Tone lg tone Infinim or step up to the Bose Comfort 30

The Klipsch headphones are the very best headphones in my opinion in the whole Bluetooth line up. The noise canceling is amazing. The bass is PERFECT. The highs are crisp! I wear these daily and will buy again when ever these go out!!!

I use this headset for home office use. The clarity with my soft phone rivals my desk set phone. I would give the device a 5 if it were a bit louder as well as if the battery performance would be better. I use the device several hours a day and would not do without it.

Klipsch is trying to enter a market that LB has dominated for a while. Unfortunately, these are bulky, heavy around the neck, no retractable. I don't particularly like what Klipsch does with the ear buds, the funky angle doesn't work for me. But the sound was incredible and now other headset comes close, but not convenient for comfortable for all day use at work, and the battery is no where close to LGs offerings.

This product is ok, but not having the retractable earbuds is cumbersome. It also slips around on my neck. Sound quality is very good without too much extraneous noise being transmitted. I wish I could press the on button and I could voice dial, which I haven't been able to do with this one.

18 hours of talk time is what drew me to this headset And it last for a few days of talk time. i've used it for 2 days and still no low battery warnings... This is my biggest thing as I am on the phone ALOT for work and need the talk time. Even my LG only lasted a day with 10hrs of talk time. Sounds good. My only thing is I wish the buds retracted they just hang there

The sound is really good and my friends tell me the mic sounds great, which is huge. I do have one beef. If you use them while your active they spin around and I'm constantly repositioning them. which is annoying. One other minor thing is when you hold the power button, it's hard to tell by the sound if they're powering on or off. I've had others that literally say powering on or off. Which is better. Otherwise, good headphones.

Bought because of the klipsch name though they sound great i cant krleep them in my ears. The bose are so much better in this area and the build quatity is top notch they are uncomfortable to wear.

These are the best sounding Bluetooth headphones I have ever had. The sound is very full in all ranges. They look great and are quite comfortable!

Battery life on these is crazy good. I use them all day and still have 80% left. Sound quality is excellent and the Bluetooth range seems to be far better tahn anything else I have. Klipsch does it again.

Well first off sound quality is awesome it was the fact that the ear buds does not retract

These are great sounding headphones and very comfortable. A little warm around the neck because of the leather but not a deal breaker.

This headphone set has great clarity and sound. It's easy to connect to smartphones. I would recommend this wireless headset.

Love it! I've tried three other wireless earbuds and they we awful. Decided to try one more time and I hit the jackpot. User friendly. Didn't have to worry about using an app. Took it out of the box, let it charge overnight, turned on in the morning, automatically synced the first time. Works every time. Thank you Best Buy for another great product. I love my Best Buy. Keep up the good work.
