I wanted something that would fit on a bookshelf to replace my 25-year-old Klipsch tower speakers, which cost around $800 way back then. The speakers just purchased are used with my older Yamaha receiver. While not as good as the pricey, but huge, speakers I replaced, the new speakers work well, especially considering the price. I later purchased a SONOS Play 5 speaker which I use with my iMac and iPad and the Play 5 definitely puts out a superior sound compared to the Klipsch R-15M. The SONOS Play 5, at about $400, also costs much more. I'd recommend the Klipsch if you're looking for an economical, small, speaker. But, if your system permits it and you don't mind spending the money, I'd recommend one of the SONOS speakers.

I bought these speakers on Thanksgiving. The sound is amazing. I bought four and added these as FL, FR, SL, SR with my existing centre speaker

I got these for my home theater and when you hook them up to a good receiver they sound absolutely amazing. So happy with this purchase. Definitely recommend.

I am using a set of these in a 7.2 setup. They are being used for the back surround and they sound great, and work well for that application.

Using as my TV speakers! Much better listening experience for every movie and sporting event! I recommend to anyone!

Beautiful looking speakers with the sound to match. I got a full Klipsch setup for my surround audio and I love it. I would highly r commend these speakers.

Yes, there are better speakers than the klipsch but you are going to be spending some serious money. For bookshelves these are all you need.

My only complaint is that I didn't buy 2 more. They are perfect for surround sound effects and they match the rest of my Klipsch system. Such a great buy.

Bought these on Black Friday to replace polk 30's as my front mains. For the price (half off) they sound fantastic powered by a yamaha 475. Voices sound crisp in a 2.0 setup (for now) and music is very detailed. However, as bookshelf speakers, they don't play very low. A subwoofer is needed for the best listening experience but the smallish size and Wife Acceptance Factor makes these a winner!

I have a 7.1 audio system and I have the Klipsch Reference R-15M Bookshelf speakers hooked up as the rear surround speakers. They really bring a movie to life.

I have tried dozens of speakers for home theater. None of the others exhibited the clarity of these Klipsch speakers. Don't need a subwoofer most of the time.

i have a pair of these in my room with a bigger set of klipsh speakers and they really bring out the mids and treble! Great when paired with something bigger with more bass to flatten out the sound

I was so happy to catch these on sale to help add to my Klipsch Reference series surround sound system. They sound very clear with Blu-rays & are excellent & detailed when listening to music. They work perfectly as surround speakers but I have no doubt they would work equally as well as a nice bookshelf stereo speaker especially if paired up with a subwoofer.

Bought the klipsch bookshelf speakers and I am very pleased with the sound quality of these speakers. Crisp and clear sound. Need to hook them up with a subwoofer to boost bass and get full range of sound , but very solid sound for small speakers even without a sub. Blew away all other bookshelf speakers.

These speakers are amazing. I upgraded to these a couple months back and man I love them. Now my whole surround sound is klipsch!!!

These are wonderful speakers. I even point them out to others. Wonderful design but most important, wonderful, clear, crisp sound.

Connected these to my Sony Receiver to replace some polk audio ones and immediately heard the difference. Definitely recommended.

My first pair of klispch speakers was bought in 1978 the KG1 bookshelf speakers. My 2nd pair the Forte were bought in 1984. Simply put The Best.

These speakers sound incredible. I bought them with the intention of adding more sound and speakers to them later, but I am reconsidering that now.

Great speaker. Great clear and clean sound after you let them break in. It just improves the speaker. Superb and a great value.
