Paired this with the 10" Klipsch Sub and an Onkyo receiver. Sound is EXCELLENT. Placed speakers on stands from Amazon. Very clear highs and mids. Matched with sub and its a great system.

Sound and speakers is a very personal thing. These are not meant to have massive bass, however, are very efficient so you get a wonderful sound from them even with lesser amplification(receivers). I am still breaking these in but have found that the sound is only getting better, and smoother. I don't mind the sound and I know some say that this brand is prone to harsh highs, but I haven't found that to be the case overall, although I do admit I prefer clarity to boominess. Just watch and play with the distance of the rear vent on them when placing by a wall and see what you like in terms of the bass you get. These were a great set of speakers. Couldn't be happier.

I bought these speakers to replace some smaller 20+ year old speakers. I was pleased with the sound and quality of construction.

I bought these as my primary speakers for a big room with very little space to place them. They sound great for the money.

I purchased these speakers for my garage stereo,because of the smaller five and a quarter inch woofer don’t expect a lot of bass output. But pair them with a good powered sub woofer and set your crossover frequencies correctly then look out the system sounds awesome.

I am new to the speaker world, so take my review for what it is. I personally spent several hours online reading numerous reviews, and a few trips back and forth to my local Best Buy before making my decision. I am so glad I did! The sound quality is so crisp and superb. I was between these and another brand as general use speakers for surround sound. I bought this set up just for my movie watching experience. I would recommend these speakers to anyone. They bring out sounds in movies that I haven't heard prior to owning these. If you're looking for a great speaker , I would highly recommend these!

Bought these bookshelf speakers along with the other surround sound components. The entire system sounds fabulous. Got it on BF for 1/2 the price.Great Buy

I've been waiting for these speakers to go on sale for years. Walked into Best Buy Black Friday saw these. They complete my 7.1 theater. Sound is great price is great can't go wrong.

I HAD TO REPLACE MY VERY OLD AND HUGH FISHER SPEAKERS WITH SOMETHING MUCH SMALLER. THESE SMALL BOOKSHELF SPEAKERS SOUND GREAT AND FIT EASILY IN OUR LIVING ROOM.

Klipsch Reference Series speakers offer excellent sound and value at a reasonable price point. If you can catch them on sale or Open Box, they are an even greater value. The sound quality of Reference Series offers entry level sound for those who demand something more out of life than the average. Considering the price, I believe even the most discriminating audiophile would be satisfied at the sound quality of these Klipsch bookshelf speakers and you will also! I like my music LOUD and these little things can handle the power. Get yourself a pair and crank 'em up!!!

Well klipsch is doing really good job in audio industry , just got it for the front surrond home theather, sound is really clean n clear with great price

It took a little tweeking, but I got them balanced sound wise with my other speakers and now they sound great! They also look sleek with my Sanos speaker stands.

They have a compact size with an enormous sound. Clean, crisp and excellent bass. Overall they are great little speakers, worth twice their price.

Speakers has a very good sound/bass and holds exceptional clarity at any volume, the will be paired with Sony 3-way floor speakers, sure they will be just great.
