    Troubled Printer

    I bought a new not factory refurbished printer I will NEVER purchase another Kodak product again. As soon as I got my printer set up I started to have problems. Customer support assured me this would not be a continued problem (printhead missing or installed improperly). When my warranty was up was when I started having more problems with the printer. The same error with the printhead and most recent a paper jam with no paper in the printer. After spending time on the phone with customer support they told me I needed a new printer in which they were not willing to replace for me even after seeing ALL my problem calls. The best they would do was to offer me a 30% discount off a Kodak printer which I politely declined. So here I am left with no printer and no digital camera in which they both have JUST passed warranty by a couple of weeks. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRINTER OR ANY OTHER KODAK TO ANYONE. THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCTS!!!!! One other quick note: The claim to fame with this printer is same on ink-cartridges dry out in about 3 weeks. NOT A SAVINGS!!!!
