Nighttime pictures look quite better than daytime pictures in my opinion. They look a bit blurry in the sun sometimes. I do love you can recharge this one unlike the Fz45 model, and it lasts several hours after fully charged. You have to play around with the mode and settings, but overall a good starter digital camera.
