I looked for this camera EVERYWHERE for 3 months and it was either sold out or overpriced. I finally got one and was in love! I never dropped it, got it wet or anything. After 2 weeks and 4 days, I went to take a photo and the lens locked. I tried to reset it but nothing worried so i put it on the charger and when i woke up the next morning and remove it, I DIDNT TURN ON. Let’s remember that this camera is not even a month old. I was DEVASTATED. I took it to BestBuy and was told that there was nothing they could do. I wasn’t going to repurchase a new camera and risk the same thing happening so I just got a refund. I’m so sad that this was my experience with this camera. Always get the GSP!!

If you are buying it in 2025, don't. The worst phone you can buy on Facebook marketplace for 200 will give you better photos than this camera. It's a pain to use and rarely works as intended. Absolutely no redeeming quality.

Best Buy sucks. every single time I’ve ordered from here, the product had a problem. Do not buy from Best Buy.

Broke after 1 use, bought for my daughter for her birthday and she took out battery and can’t put it back in. I went to Best Buy and they would not help that I needed to call Kodak because I did not buy the extended warranty. Kodak does not answer. I’ve left messages and emails and they do not call back.

Ordered the camera online. Terrible service never got the camera it was for my daughter's 16 birthday. I kept getting shipping delay messages and after 3 weeks of waiting Bestbuy canceled my order. Will never buy anything again from them.

Camera wouldn't even turn on. Camera was returned. I charged the battery and the camera just would not power on. After reading reviews i wanted to love this camera but oh well . . .

never arrived, customer service is the absolute worst!! each time i called about my package they would tell me a different story, first it was the carrier had "lost" my package. come to find out they never even shipped it to began with. they would not give me a refund for over a month. TERRIBLE. BEWARE.
