I bought this bluray having never seen it, but solely basing it on positive reviews. After I watched it, I was very pleasantly surprised with the quality of the film. It's great watching Poe embrace his role as the Dragon warrior, but still see him like a little kid around all his childhood heroes. The climactic battle is especially pleasing. Highly recommended!

This is the 2nd installment to the series and is as enjoyable as the first one. In this, Po is discovering the secrets to his origin and must defend China from the villain and use the training he's received as a Dragon warrior. There's more depth to this story-wise compared to the first movie and the visual as usual is amazing. Highly recommended!

I recently saw Kung Fu Panda 3 and thought it was very good, so I decided to get the first two movies, especially because the price was good and it came with a digital HD copy. I also bought Kung Fu Panda 3 when it was released in the BluRay combo pack. Now I own the complete trilogy--until they make the next one!

Po takes on some new Kung Fu challenges in the 2nd installment to the series. Wrestling with the memories of his past, and the emotions they stir within him. In his struggle for inner peace he takes on a new foe, the peacock that started him on his path oh so many years ago. A great movie for kids and adults alike.

I liked Kung Fu Panda 2 just as much as Kung Fu Panda 1. There was a lot of action in the movie. I liked that kids and adults could both enjoy the action and humor in the movie. The adults could get the meaning of what was said and the kids would also get the humor. I would recommend the movie for kids and adults.

Though not as good as the first movie, this is a satisfying sequel to Kung Fu Panda with the same great chemistry, dynamics, and humor. Jack Black is as funny as ever and goes through a soul-searching moment that to me hit all of the emotional high notes that were needed to elevate this franchise. Not once did I feel like the movie dragged on too long, nor did it feel like I wasn't being entertained.

purchased this disc for my kids and they loved it.. i basically wanted it to be a collection for them since im into that kind of thing.. the best part is, i get to have a digital copy and my kids are able watch it on their pad/tabs.. it saves the disc from possible scratches..

This is an excellent movie about calming yourself and understanding your roots. My kids love watching Kung Fu Panda and this is an excellent addition to our collection. The only downside is the digital download code goes to the Vudu store, which can sometimes be difficult to sync to your iTunes.

Yes I believe KP 2 is the best in the trilogy; oh what Po goes through....resolving his identity crisis as the Dragon Warrior and battling a villainous Shen...overall holds up amazingly well for a sequel....skadoosh!!!

Purchased during a promo when many of the Dreamworks Animation videos were on sale <$10, and also buy two get one free. My 4 year old daughter recently started watching Kung Fu Panda (or as she call it - HiYa!) Good follow up. I personally prefer the original - I found it to have more humor - but this movie still has great animation, and lots of action.

This movie being the one which explains to us the most about different character's pasts and origins really spices it up for me. Aside from that, the quality of the writing and voice over work really showed through and made the whole movie a joy to watch!

I didn't think my daughter would get into these movies but she loves them. She started with the first that was free on tv and I ended up buying all three. She loves them. Had friends over to watch them and watched them over and over again. Go figure?

When I purchased kung fu panda two I also purchased Kung fu panda one and I'm very happy I did I got them at amazing prices at Best Buy and the movies are not only Blu-ray there just amazingly funny and cute as an adult I love watching them

Kung Fun Panda 2 is not as fun and fresh as the original, but it is serviceable. I do like that it took the franchise to a new direction instead of just rinse/repeat of the first. This disc does not add many new worthwhile special features, nor is there a new encode for the picture/sound. I got it because it came with a free ticket to Kung Fu Panda 3.

I was surprised by how much I liked the original Kung Fu Panda. It had a well written story, the characters were well developed, the animation was great, and the action was exciting. I feel the same about this one. It just hits on all cylinders.

Upon seeing the original Kung Fu Panda, seeing the second is a must. This movie is action packed with plenty of comedy. Finally people are able to learn more about the main character Poe and his past. definitely recommend buying this movie.

My 1.5 year old loves this movie. She especially loves the parts showing baby Po. It's fun for the whole family with lots of Kung fu fighting and funny lines by Jack Black. I think it's just as good or maybe better than the first movie.

"Kung Fu Panda 2" is exactly as you'd expect, and more. What's best about this sequel is that it's not a recopy of the original, but an extension. Not to mention the mystery of how Mr. Ping, a goose, could be the biological father of Po, a Panda. In the original film.

If you watched the first kung fu panda, you know what you're in for. The 2nd one does not disappoint. The characters are hilarious and the martial arts continues to be top notch. if you have the first one, gotta have the 2nd one!
