I received my product today and was extremely disappointed. Straight out of the box it had large dings to the metal pieces and very poorly approximated seams. At one point on the chair you can see the filling coming out of the backrest. Overall very disappointed with the quality of this product. Would definitely return it if I had a way to get it back

Not Worth It: Craftsmanship & Material are sub-par

This chair is beautiful to look at and that's where it stops. Not worth the price at all. Let me start with craftsmanship: 1) Seams are poorly sewn together with several areas of irregularities 2) Arm rest are made of cheap plastic. Now quality: for the price you pay you'd expect better from the La-Z-Boy brand. The leather is not supple nor thick. The worst is the bottom cushion. The padding compresses so slim I can feel the base. It is definitely not comfortable to sit in for more than 1 hr. I am 5'5" & weigh 173 lbs and my bottom numbs up from sitting on this surface. Hopefully the brand makes changes because I would never recommend this produt and wish I could return it. Not worth it!
