I love Lisa Lampanelli, have seen her twice live. I had to buy this DVD.

This was one of the funniest stand up acts I have ever seen! She rips on everyone and says things that everyone thinks, but is too afraid to say! This is definitely not for those who are conservative because you will definitely be offended. However, if you have a sense of humor you will love this dvd! The LL Rocks!!

Lisa Lampanelli has to be the worst woman stand-up comic ever. I would put her on the same level as Sarah Silverman. They each try really hard, but just cannot land a joke to save her life. All she does is stand up on the stage and make fun of the audience. Her angle is to try to be so politically incorrect that people eventually laugh at something. The comedy is full of put-downs, but it's supposed to be okay because she makes fun of everyone, not just a single group. Don't get me wrong, there are plenty of other comics that make a living by putting people down and making fun of the audience. It's just that Lisa Lampanelli tries so hard to be "edgy" that it ends up being just flat-out not funny. She is very repetitive and her stereotypes are way over-used and too obvious. Trust me and stay away from this one.
