I've owned the entire series on the sega saturn and I've been wanting to play these games In HD! I've finally got my wish! The gameplay is akin to the early fire emblem games. The only downside to this remaster is the ugly gameplay models of the characters which now look like these chibi looking things.you can however pick the classic art for cutscenes and the battle map which is nice. If you like fire emblem or wargroovr I highly recommend this remaster. Now on the other hand if you dont like strategy RPGs then steer clear.

Classic japanese role-playing game brought back to life on a PS4, has a retro and a modern soundtrack both of them are good. The combat is pretty straightforward for strategy game, you get to select who you want and when you want to place them. Pretty much simple graphics and a long story.I do like the characters n the Japanese dialogue. And yes the game has English subtitles.

Great "remaster" of 2 very addicting strategy RPG's. I think this is the first and only time we've gotten the second game localized. The game includes new music and visuals, but they're optional as it lets you choose to use the originals. These games are very good, if you're a fan of strategy RPG's don't pass this up.

Revolutionary for its time, the controls are convoluted now. It's worth it for long time gamers with patience, who want to experience two all time greats. If you weren't alive when these originally came out or don't want to mess around with out of date control schemes, don't bother.

This is a remaster of a couple classic strategy games in the Genesis and super Nintendo era. They were great then and the graphical upgrade was well worth the wait.

Another instance of an older game being remade for a modern audience - with improved graphics and mechanics. If you never had the opportunity to play the original releases of these games, this is a great time to pick them up and experience them for yourselves.

These games were a great memory of my childhood! Those blockbuster Friday’s after school and renting a cartridge that would never save!

I owned pretty much every single rpg from PS1 and 2. some only released in Japanese. And this is a true tactic RPG classic. Must try.

Great jrpg! remaster for an old game more than 20 years ago

Decent remake of a Sega Genesis strategy game. Be aware there are many endings, which sounds great at first but gets tedious after a while. Also very easy.

Not what I expected from this game but still a great game to play and enjoy.
