Good Battery

Did not work

We both checked and double checked to make sure it was the right one. When she got it she put it in and made sure it was fully charged, it died in less than an hour. I went through Dell and got her one from there that works great. I have bought laptop batteries through Best Buy before and never had a problem till now.

bum battery

After performing several troubIe-shooting exercises through PC magazine, it was determined that the Best Buy battery was a bum battery snce the computer worked fine with the battery taken out I want a new battery.

Did not work!

Because of illness, I could not return within 15 days. I called, and carried it to the store. I was told to return it to you. I am preparing to mail it back..

Battery died after 9 months

It worked fine, I don't' leave my laptop to run off battery a whole lot. And, I noticed that my battery light came on a few weeks ago and didn't know why since the battery wasn't that old. So Now I need to replace my replacement.

Great Design

When installed it sits higher than the computer with rubber feet allowing open space to vent the computer for cooling purposes. The battery also had a 50% charge upon arrival allowing for immediate use. Based on the above and the reasonable price I would highly recommend this battery.
