I bought this movie because I am a Morgan Freeman fan. He delivers in this film. Also, I consider this film to be Clive Owen's best performance ever. And I kept thinking afterwards about how deep the plot was. This is in my top 10 movie favorites. I don't think it deserved the R rating.

Not much deep thought in this film. Just an action movie. Idid not expect much and that is what it delivers. Popcorn fun, Not terrible but not the best,

It's a great movie about ancient rivalries and knights. Action scenes are created with great skills. The picture pallets are great. Very picturesque. Pack full of action. I shall highly recommend this movie who loves action packed medieval period or ancient time movies.

Personally I do not go by ratings when it comes to movie reviews. I read not so good reviews about this movie, but guess what, I liked it a lot. Great cast!!!

If you love medieval fantasy movies then you will enjoy this regardless of any flaws it may have. It delivers action and drama with impunity and is a nice mix of both.

Bought this because it was on sale but was pleasantly surprised. A play off of the historic story of the 47 samurais taking revenge for their master's death.

Once one realizes that they are watching a Samurai picture, then the story makes sense. Great actors yet the story lacks punch at times to make it great.

never heard of this one but went with it considering the price for movie night, it was actually really good! lots of action and knights and battles

If you can deal with a pretty typical Hollywood action flick, knowing not to expect anything phenomenal, and can still be entertained...go for it. Lol. I knew what to expect, so was not let down. I bought it because despite my pickiness with movies, sometimes I am just a sucker for the combination of action and the era of sword-fighting and knights! I said I would recommend it to a friend because there are many people I know who would like this movie...and many that would not.

I like all this medival time movie,like king arthur style. Sacrifice, honor, courage, revenge,powerful actors and actresses combine..Great movie.

Admittedly, I'm a sucker for movies about the middle ages and knights, so this movie entertained me. Morgan Freeman, as usual, is spectacular.

You have never seen anything quite l like this film. I highly recommend it if you love fast paced samurai warfare and intense action. The writing, photography, lighting and art direction are top notch. A nod to Kurosawa, brilliant.

Love the job Morgan Freeman and Clive Owen did in this film. The movie has good twists and turns, but leaves with a bit of a cliffhanger. That's fine if they make a sequel, but I haven't heard that is happening yet.

Always with these lower budget movies you expect to see some cheesy movie . But with this I was extremely surprised ! Greta actors and good story!

Last Knights is a pretty good action movie like what we have come to expect from Hollywood. Not highly cerebral but pretty good nonetheless.

It's a great movie: great performances by Clive Owen, Morgan Freeman, and Aksel Hennie, as the bad guy Geza Mott! I love movies about knights and medieval time periods.

This movie took my breath away. I ONLY GOT MAD AT ONE PART, BUT I WON'T GIVE THE SCENE AWAY. THE ACTING WAS SUPERB & THE FIGHT SCENES WERE OUTSTANDING. THE DIRECTOR WAS A VISONARY. IT'S A SHAME IT WASN'T NOMINATED FOR AN OSCAR!!!

After watching this film, it looks like a remake of the Seven Samurai. A different time in history, but the story line follows the original.

I buy my dvd's from Best Buy, which is based mostly on price. They seem to always have a good selection of movies at discounted prices.
