Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The modern buckle is my favorite strap EVER. It’s the perfect fit, looks great, and is super comfortable. If you’re like me and don’t fuss about changing straps, this is the one. My first Series 2 came with the navy modern buckle strap that I wore Everywhere, All the time. It finally ripped off after 3+ years of abuse, exposure to elements, sweat, water, pools, showers, gym... you name it. It only came off at night to charge. It looked awesome even after it broke during a fall. I think it would have been fine if I didn’t happen to fall on it at a weird angle. I then tried the nylon strap. It was fine. But it looks and feels cheap. I then purchased the series 4 with the Milanese strap. That thing comes loose throughout the day. I had to put the nylon strap on for a ski trip due to the fear it would fall off on the slopes I know apple doesn’t recommend wearing the leather for workouts, etc. But I don’t really care. I’d rather wear the strap as much as possible as long as it looks good and feels secure. The cape blue is pretty nice. I like it. The red is nice, too.
