Love it! Use it to go to work. I would recommend it to everyone. Rides nice and smoioth. I added the frobt and rear baskets, mirrors and a bell.

Its amazing bike. I can bike far now without stopping or pain onknee.

Bike was easy to set up and rides well. FYI, there were 2 little stickers holding the battery in so it took some force to pull the battery out the first time.

It was amazing n it brought tears to my eyes just know knowing the things that I wanted matter the most and then I was going to get it in the time allowed

34 days after ownership, just outside of the return window, the headlight stops working, and the bike cuts off intermittently. Bike has been ridden, 7 times, never folded though that should not matter because it is a FOLDING bike, not sure what is going on, but I would not recommend this bike nor brand for that matter.

good mileage runs well solid build my few complaint's are very un comfortable seat and i messaged Lectric asking to get the extra free items because they offered on there website and they refused even though I just ordered from best buy

Its a great beginner bike. I would change the seat for a more bigger one if you are over 250lbs.

I was very excited about this bike, when it arrived it wouldn't start the electric part of my bike didn't start. I looked it up online and nothing happened. I went to Best Buy for help and they told me that it was a default in the bike and I had to return it. I never got another one. There also needs to be a tutorial video you can scan and watch to see how it needs to be unpack and set up.

Our family is very happy with this purchase. Best Buy delivered as promised.

The brand new bike I purchased had malfunctioning tires. I had to have both tires replaced at my local bikes shop before I could ride the bike.

Box came torn open - bike inside you could see was scratched. The bike appears to be too heavy for how it was packed. I refused it and best buy had the nerve to charge me a restocking fee. I got it back, but after hours of messaging and calls.

Bike is fine. Best Buy customer service is an endless loop by a call center. I am returning my order because I am tired of the loop. I just wanted the promised promotional items. Store in Joplin Missouri will not answer the phone. Instead, they send calls to the same worthless call center. Again, bike is nice, it's a Best Buy issue.

I recently took the Lectric eBike - XP Step-Thru 3.0 Long Range on a trip to the Oregon Coast, to the beautiful Rockaway Beach area. This adventure proved to be the perfect testing ground for this ebike, showcasing its amazing build quality and overall functionality through a variety of environments and situations. Prior to leaving for the trip, I had to make sure everything was working. Unboxing the bike was easy, as it’s shipped put together; there’s little to do to get the bike up and running. Take some foam out, remove some tags/zip ties, charge the battery, and you’re pretty much good to go. I tested everything out before embarking on my vacation, and no issues. Upon arriving at Rockaway Beach, I was eager to put the XP Step-Thru 3.0 to the test. Unfolding the bike is easy, and I immediately appreciated the solid construction and thoughtful design. The first thing that caught my eye was the beefy tires, which promised a stable and smooth ride across various terrains. As I set off along the scenic coastal paths, the bike’s turning radius impressed me; it was surprisingly nimble for its size, making navigation through narrow trails and sharp turns effortless. The real fun began when I took the XP Step-Thru 3.0 onto the sandy shores of Rockaway Beach. I was a bit skeptical about how it would handle the sand, but my concerns quickly vanished. The bike’s powerful motor and robust tires made riding on the sand feel almost like gliding. It tackled the soft and uneven surface with ease, allowing me to enjoy the stunning coastal views without worrying about getting stuck. That isn’t to say you can’t get stuck if you throw the power down too much too fast, but this was mainly a non-issue. One of the standout features of the XP Step-Thru 3.0 is the ease of charging. After a full day of riding along the coast and exploring the charming town, charging the bike was simple. I loved not having to remove the battery; I just plugged it in and let it charge overnight. I was able to get 45 miles on a single charge which I thought was amazing. This was mainly used with a standard Pedal Assist of 1 and turning off when coasting, but I fully believe on a single charge you’d be able to get 26 miles (as advertised) of range when throttle-only. I was also really impressed with the brakes themselves. They use hydraulic brakes with rotos/pads means no issues when needing to brake, and stopping power is very sufficient even for the heavy bike itself. While the bike’s performance and convenience were top-notch, there were a couple of minor downsides. The XP Step-Thru 3.0 is quite heavy, which I noticed especially when lifting it into my car. Additionally, even when folded, it still takes up a considerable amount of space. However, these were small compromises considering the bike’s exceptional capabilities. Overall, my experience with the Lectric eBike - XP Step-Thru 3.0 Foldable at Rockaway Beach was fantastic. Its sturdy build, excellent functionality, and ability to handle various terrains made it the perfect companion for my coastal adventure. Despite its weight and size, the bike’s performance and ease of use more than made up for these minor drawbacks. If you’re looking for a reliable and versatile eBike, the XP Step-Thru 3.0 is a stellar choice.

The bike it self was OK Best Buy on the other hand I would never ever buy anything from Best Buy again. Their customer service is absolutely nonexistent. I hate Best Buy and I urge everybody to never purchase from Best Buy again if there’s anything wrong, I guarantee you they will not fix it.

I already have a full-size fat tire ebike that I love for cruising around our country roads. I had been looking for another small bike or scooter that was more compact and more utilitarian for short trips between my house and barn that could also carry buckets of horse feed, etc. This XP 3.0 seems to fit the bill perfectly, so I thought I’d try it out. It came with a rear rack, but I’ve ordered the front/rear baskets for hauling more cargo. Its 330lb capacity should be more than enough for my 200lbs plus any cargo I might want to carry. At 6’4” I’m probably too tall to comfortably ride it for long distances, but it’s fine for short trips. I also upgraded the seat to the “comfort package” which has a bigger, more cushioned seat with a suspension post. It’s kind of pricey, but it’s definitely an improvement over the stock seat. The bike does fold up pretty easily and is fairly compact. However, it’s still quite heavy. For someone my size, I can carry it around and put it in the back of the car, etc. But someone smaller who fits more comfortably on the bike, might have some trouble lugging it around. For example, my wife can roll it into a space, but can’t lift it up into a trunk or carry it up any stairs. Also, it doesn’t lock into place when it’s folded. It comes with a piece of Velcro that you can use to strap it together, but if you don’t do that it tends to flop around a bit and can crash into things (like your legs). I know they’re trying to keep the price down to make this an affordable ebike, but there are a few things that I think could be improved on it. The keyhole to turn the bike on, lock the battery, or remove it is on the underneath side of the battery and frame which is a pretty awkward location to reach. You pretty much have to find the key slot by feel. Also, with it underneath like that, any water or mud that you might ride through gets thrown up by the wheel into that exact spot. It does come with a headlight and taillight which is nice. The headlight seems bright enough to ride safely the couple of times I’ve tried it. The taillight, however, is just a taillight and not a brake light. It would have been nice to have it light up when braking even in the daytime when the headlight isn’t on. When riding with others, it’s a nice feature to see when someone is hitting the brakes in front of you. The bike has 7 gears which is nice when you’re pedaling at different speeds. However, the shifting isn’t the smoothest compared to other bikes I’ve ridden. It’s sort of a ratchet system, and a couple of times I’ve forgotten which way to push/pull the lever to downshift and accidentally pulled it down several gears at once. I guess with time I’ll learn and that’ll become more natural. Probably my biggest issue so far with the bike has been its brakes. The hydraulic disc brakes are a great feature; however the discs came badly out of round, a problem I assume happened during shipping. I’ve tried to adjust them as best as possible by hand so they don’t rub on the brake pads, but I’ve had to order a special tool that I hope will work better so I can get them to stop rubbing on the pads completely. Both brakes also make a horrible squeaking/squealing sound when braking. Before using them, I cleaned off the discs with rubbing alcohol like they recommended, but they still make a lot of noise. I was hoping after a week of use they would be better, but so far they haven’t improved. My other ebikes with hydraulic brakes don’t do this, so I’m hoping I can figure out the issue with these. I do like the twist throttle on this bike. It’s very easy to use and intuitive compared to throttles on other ebikes I’ve used. It also has cruise control. You can hit the minus key when you have the throttle turned to the speed you want to maintain, then let go of the throttle. You can cancel it by tapping either brake. There are also a lot of settings you can tweak in the menu. Go to the Lectric support page and download the owner’s manual for the instructions and codes to use. Some of the more useful settings are unlocking the Class 3 mode to go up to 28mph instead of 20mph. But you can also adjust the display screen brightness, change the distance units between miles and kilometers, and things like the pedal assist sensitivity. The PAS sensitivity is how far you have to rotate or crank the pedals before the assist kicks in. The default is 3, but if the lag bothers you, you can lower the number to have pedal assist engage faster. For my size, I’m not sure I’d like to go on 30-mile trips on this bike, but as a pack mule around my acreage I think it’s going to be great. It’s compact so I can tuck it out of the way in the garage yet still have it handy for quick trips. I can also put it in the back of the car or truck if I need to take it somewhere else to ride. And once I get the cargo baskets for it, I expect I’ll be hauling lots of different things on it that I probably would have been walking and carrying otherwise. It’s going to save me a lot of time and make the horse feeding chores more fun!

couldnt tell you about the bike.. I can tell you that Ive been trying for over a week to get this bike picked up since it came damaged. Box is dented and scratched box was destroyed .. wont pick up and wont refund money.

Bought the bike from Best Buy and had to sign a clause not to return to store if any issues..I should’ve known not to buy the bike anyway I received it and it was broke ..tried to contact the company and no response it’s been 2 months
