bought it and immediatly had an error code 09. Took forever to get on the phone with Lectric support and they sent me a new controller. 1800$ (After taxes) bike and its been sitting useless in my room for over a week. Worse yet they expect me to take apart the battery plate, disconnect the wiring and reconnect a new one. They provide a youtube video and thats it. Over an hour wasted screwing and pulling and praying i didnt damage the bike trying to fix it. If i wanted a piece of garbage to gamble on then i would ahbve bought an Amazon bike for half the price. I bought this bike because i believed in the brand and thought i was getting my monies worth. Its absoultely ridiculous to have an error on a bike this expensive that i have to fix myself, if it was refundable i would have returned it and gladly paid any restocking fees. But no. I believed in the brand and so i bought it, even though it was non-refundable. Do yourself a favor. Dont waste your money, this bike is a joke, overpriced, and filled with issues.

Purchased two electric bikes. One arrived with a flat tire. I purchased the warranty and wasn't told it doesn't cover the tires. I've been receiving the run around in regards to this matter. I even contacted the manufacturer and still haven't received any assistance. I'm extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the customer service I've received regarding this matter. I wouldn't suggest purchasing these bikes since they also failed to inform us there's no returns on this item even though it arrived with a flat tire that can't be filled up as well as the poor customer service received thus far. I'm hoping to get this matter resolved soon. I'll continue to email the manufacturer, but Best Buy needs to do better in explaining what the warranty covers and how they'll assist costumers if the item arrives damaged to begin with. Extremely disappointed and frustrated.

Spent close to $2k on this bike and the very first issue is Error 009 which means my throttle or pedal assist isn’t working. Which means it isn’t an E bike it’s just 60 LBS of junk
