A classic album, no rock fan should be without, my 18 year old son is about to wear out the needle on turntable

This is the 16th record I have purchased from Best Buy since March. The record came with no shrink wrap and the cover looks like it has been in someones collection for years. It has wrinkles, and you can actually see the record wearing through the cover. This is the 4th record I received in poor condition. One I decided to live with and one I returned and the replacement was just as bad. I currently have a Beatles record that needs to be returned (warped) and this one. I am an Elite Best Buy member and would like Best Buy to issue refunds (especially for the Zep record) with me not having to run out to the store. Had it been an isolated issue like the first record I would have just returned it.

Unfortunately the album the was warped and was unable to play it. Shame, It is a great album. It seems no matter where I purchase my vinyl I end up returning 30-50% because of poor vinyl quality. Don't remember such poor quality when I was collecting many years ago. Recommend this album if you can get a playable copy.

Led Zeppelin II had been opened, this is the same album that was on the rack a month ago in the same condition. It is a great album, that is why I went ahead and bought it. But still. Respect for the Vinyl record

I recommend avoiding Led Zeppelin records from Best Buy. I was gifted Led Zeppelin II and III by my girlfriend and I was so excited as these are two of my favorite records ever.
I was disappointed to find that there's a sticker ON the record itself. After removing the plastic wrap I realized it. I tried to carefully remove the stickers and it left behind a residue and made the record sleeve discolored. What a disappointment.
The best part is Best Buy said the records can't be returned because the plastic was removed. I wouldn't have tried returning them if they hadn't put stickers on my record. Who wants to have stickers on their records?
