Great movie. I hadn't thought much about it but after the recent award show and won a ton of awards I bought it and truley enjoyed the story and even more when I found out it was based on a true story.

The Butler was an interesting movie that showed the real life of a person whom was the butler through several presidency. I truly enjoyed learning what it took to live throughout that time in history.

A masterpiece film showing a different view of America in the 1950`s. Excellent acting, directing, and production. A must see film for those who lived then and for younger people to know this history.

The Butler, was a movie that needed to be made, it was about time a in our lives that people need to be remember (to learn how far we had come as people). To respect who we are and everyone around us.

The actors and actress portrayed an event in Afro American history with an authentic feel to it. For those who were born after these events, can get a real sense of what occurred during those times.

I loved this passionate story of PRIDE not just for people of color but for ALL ETHNICITIES to see and learn and get back to HARD WORK and OLD SCHOOL MORALS and RESPECT for themselves and others

Great story. I found out that the true story of the butler differed a lot from the movie. It was told so well that I thought it was the actual account. Characters and cast made the movie great.

Good buy, i usually come to best buy for most things im able to buy here with the credit card for reward points.

THE ACTORS AND ACTRESSES IN THIS MOVIE WERE EXCELLENT AND THE MOVIE WAS WELL WRITTEN . FROM THE BEGINNING TO THE END IT WAS VERY INTERESTING TO LEARN EVERYTHING THAT WHEN ON IN THE BULTER LIFE

Let people know what the help does behind the doors of the white house. Didn't know they would have a person work that long in his years or treat them that way for so long. Good acting!!!

It was a well done movie about a true story that follows a boy from slavery to working in the White House. It was beautifully done and I was able to see how he lived and served others.

It was a great movie because, it showed the intimate side of someone who really cared about his job as a Butler. He took care of many Presidents and became family to most of them.

This movie had a number of great actors and actresses. The Butler was well done with a lot of truth to it. Wonderful movie that I have recommended to several friends to watch.

This is the best movie that I have watched in years. It made me laugh and cry. It has excellent historical references but it's not like a documentary. It is a must see movie.

Again, as I previously stated........the life.....the struggles.. the raw emotion and what they went through was overwhelming. This is a must see movie.......renews what should never had happened....but I really could see the care that was given in taking care of house.

I knew this was a fictional story based on events of the past...it really tugged at the emotions. Whitaker and Oprah were terrific together and should be cast again. I do believe Oprah deserve an Academy Award nomination...All around a movie definitely worth visiting...

This is a true story that needed to be told. It was nice to see the historical events and how they affected not only the black community but also American life as a whole.

Enjoyed the movie. Interesting view from the butler's point of view. Also, liked the reference to the historical features of when the butler worked for the different presidents we have had. His family life seemed important and shaped the kind of man the butler became.

The movie story off a little rough. But once the storyline progressed the movie was fascinating, seeing how the country changed while he was a Butler for the White House.
