For someone who grew up in the late 50's and early 60's it is filled with riveting memories. For younger generations, it is glimpse at history that is very rarely seen.

Saw this movie in theater and the storyline is awesome, it teaches us a lot about history, knew I had to have it in my collection at home. Recommend this movie highly

Excellent acting. The Butlers held an important role in history and appear to have been an important sounding board for the Presidents and others in the White House.

the time line of the story was on point and the representation of the period, the narration gave a sense of being there and feeling the emotion of the characters.

It can be a difficult movie to watch, especially the beginning. But the reality should be shared so future generations can learn from history and not repeat it.

An excellent historical drama. Forest Whitaker and Oprah Winfrey played their roles to perfection. This was a definite Oscar-snubbed film that's worth seeing.

This movie is very good. Based on a true story the casting was great. It really gave a sense of what life in was in the 60's & 80's and the presidential personalities that occupied the great White House and the struggles people had to endure.

This movie offers great insight into a bit of African American history. Through the lens of a butler we are allowed to view the lives of 7 presidents.
