This was the 4th game I bought and I'm glad I did. The game has challenging gameplay since nothing ever spawns in the same place so you cant just use the same strategy over and over again so you have to think about waht to do next. Since this is the Game of the Year edition it comes with the survival maps which are fun to play. I have no problems with the game, but when playing online people tend to be heartless and not want to help you when you get incapacitated even if they're 3 feet away from you so I would recommend you play with friends or have a mic.

Reviews that compare this to Call of Duty or Halo miss the point. This is not a regular, run-and-gun shooter, it's a tactical shooter -- more like Rainbow 6 or Ghost Recon -- and one of the only tactical shooters set in WWII. The graphics are average, but the level designs are solid and the core gameplay (moving, flanking, and suppressing) is challenging and fun. The story is predictable, but well done and deeper than any of the other WWII shooters.

This is one of the best games I have ever played. Different zombie characters add some variety and difficulty to the game. The best way to play it is on co-op. It's not as fun playing it by yourself, but with another person it is awesome. It is one of my favorite games. Its a game you don't get tired of playing, whenever someone comes over they get right into it. Definitely worth buying. Plus you get to kill zombies. How cool is that!

One of the most intense games i have ever played, there r only a few levels on singleplayer, although they are fun to keep playing over and over again, i reccommend this game to everyone who loves the shootem up kind of games, and if youve never played it before just a tip, use the automatic shot-gun whenever u have the chance to get it

Honestly, I love this game more than other game. The fact that its randomized is that i makes it more intense to play. For example, CALL OF DUTY: MODERN WARFARE (and Modern Warfare 2) are totally predictable no matter how many times you play it; You know exactly where each enemy is, you know exactly what to use as a weapon, and sometimes you have to use a specific weapon; It jus does give you the thrill of, "HOLY S#!T WHERE DID THAT COME FROM?!" LEFT 4 DEAD, give you the thrill of not know whats around each corner; there could be a horde of zombies, a Tank, Hunter, Smoker, Boomer or a Witch. Even your optional weapons are not always where you think. Even when you die, everything is changed up; Weapon locations and enemies positions. It definitely give you a challenge every time you play it.

This game is horrible. I go for a little bit of realism in my games. in this game you can open a door look inside a closet that has no air ducts or any possible entry point turn around and the next thing you know 50 brain hungry zombies are pourin out the door behind you... zombies teleport now? no the game just had so little thought put into it that they didnt even program it to do something logical like i dont know put an air duct in which a zomble could have climbed through to gain access or i dont know not have them pour out of a closet. Also take note that you can only AIM with one weapon. a sniper rifle. everything else is just simply normal view. this game praises people who spray and pray. Anyone who would claim to be a real "gamer" should be ashamed to have this in his game collection.

This is a great first person shooter; if you like that genre of games then this is definitely for you. The online multiplayer modes are very unique, being able to play as the enemy is loads of fun. But I still prefer multiplayer such as Halo 3's or CoD's. I highly recommend this game regardless.

This game is great to pick up over and over again and play with your friends. Getting through each level is fun to enjoy with others, I enjoy having the ability to play split screen and join in with your friends to beat each level.

I have so much fun playing by myself-- I don't have to wait to respawn or wait a thousand years to join the game to play one of the four characters. When you can join a game to play one of the characters it is fun, but some players are inexperienced gamers and will leave you, and go off on their own. Also--I hate it when you revive them a gazillion times and when you need someone to help you...no one is there. My point is that multiplayer mode is about team work so you have to obviously help out your team members. All in all I really love this game but mulitplayer is not all that great.

Great scary/dramatic music and background noise, awesome bosses, and great rescue vehicles. THE TANK RULES!!! AKA: The HULK!!!!

Well This Game was a ok buy not worth the 30 bucks i spent on it. It's mostly online based with the exception of the single player mode which is fun but its the same thing over and over just different settings for different missions. I would wait to purchase this game if I were recommending this to a friend but thats my opinion.
