Excellent product, easy to handle and intuitive. Lots of customization options for your games and it runs them very well. Only negative is really the battery time, lasts about 1.5 hours a charge.

Was a bit skeptical at first since it was Lenovo, but the O.S. was great. Once i figured out how to swap between Steam and Windows i was able to run what i needed. I'm not typically one for hand-held gaming but that worked out quite well once i re-adjusted. The games i chose to run(Helldivers2, ARC Raiders) were well with the parameters of playability even with having under half the power im used to running. So over all i thoroughly enjoyed the system

The Lenovo legion go s z1 extreme has handled all the games I’ve played on them perfectly. Yeah some games you do have to tweak the settings a bit but a great handheld overall.

It’s was really cool game.,my bf like it and enjoyed it so much. Good quality and so far we don’t have complain.

This product performed amazing, the SteamOS was very fluid and I had zero issues. I only returned it because there was a great deal on an open box ASUS G18 laptop that I had been eyeing for a while. Battery lasted 1 hour on max settings playing Assassin's Creed Origin, and 1.5 - 2 hours on mid settings.

My primary use for this is minecraft java on the go, and i can tell you it runs smooth, even with shaders enabled

Great little machine for replaying some older games and catching up on my back log. Also great for play BG3 on the go.

As a PC gamer, I wanted a way to play games without having to sit in front of the computer. I was skeptical of how useful this would be, and bought it fully expecting to return it. However, this thing is pretty awesome. All I’ve used since I got it.

Y’all.. this was probably the best gift I could have gotten my partner. He is a PC gamer and whenever he comes over for a couple days I felt that it would be cool if he were to still be able to play while I’m on the PC he built me at my home! Definitely love being able to game with him side by side and have us time in our own way whether it’s a co-op game or just being in our own worlds.. but still together!

This device is so much better than I expected. I had the original Legion Go and was underwhelmed by the experience of using it. Steamos is a gamechanger for handheld PCs. I almost ordered the Legion Go 2 but I think this device provides much better value for me being that the legion go 2 is $500 more. The only thing that would improve it is coming with z2 extreme, but that's barely even better looking at the benchmarks. Certainly not $500 better.

An excellent update to the Legion Go. Just like Asus they learned the increase in Ram and keeping the resolution normal helps with performance. I have been playing primarily on the Legion Go S since getting it, my Ally X and Steam Deck have been collecting dust. Also the change from 2242 ssd to 2280 is a welcome change, can use up to 8tb nvme. Paired with a 2tb micro sd and you have a 10tb portable gaming beast.

I bought this for my son for Christmas. He says it's much faster than the Steam Deck his sister has. It has its quirks due to SteamOS being in it's relative infancy on non-Steam Decks, but overall he enjoys it. He is not a fan of the touchpad implementation, and says it's like a little sliver. He loves the Hall-effect joysticks.

Steam deck on steroids! The extra power and trigger stops are really nice additions! Highly recommend.

Works great and is pretty powerful. Could have been designed a little better. The track pad is useless. They should have taken some design inspiration from the Steam Deck.

OK, so first impressions are “wow this thing is light”, and the screen is massive! I love the button feel and the hair triggers. Coming from a steam deck I don’t miss the two additional back paddles, the two that they have are better placed, and more than I need. Playing games it runs very well, but oddly not as as well as as the ROG Ally X on some occasions, such as Oblivion Remastered. As for my dislikes, the software is not fully ready on steam OS; I never was able to get the RGB to work, and right out of the box, the touchpad didn’t work until I received an update. Overall, this is great, however if you’re in the market for a handheld like this, I would hold out until the Z2 extreme chip set releases as the price will be the same, but you’ll get better performance down the road

Great option for those who want a smooth Introduction to the handheld PC space. SteamOS has this functioning as a very easy to pick up and use handheld. Sleep function is awesome. Power is capable of handling AAA titles. Fps ranging from 30-120 fps depending on what you're trying to run on it

Absolutely love using this thing, it's got this dad with two small kids back into gaming. It performs really well, the battery isn't all that long but I stay by a charger most of the time. The speakers and vibration are reasonable, but not incredible.

From my experience of usinging it, the Lenovo Legion Go S SteamOS preforms well. Nice to use and having steam is nice to use. Only major problems with it, is that the right joystick is a little to close tot eh screen. So when you full tilt to the left your thumb could touch the screen and cuase a mouse click, but that’s a user error. Otherwise the fans are louder than most handheld PC but the device never over heated. You can connect bluetooth controller to it like an xbox controller, but note that the controller might need an update to work on the device. Then to go into the controller layout when connected to put on a Desktop layout for it if you are planning on using the controller in desktop mode. It does not auto assign one to it, but you are free to customes the buttons to your heart content.
