My Son "needed" Lego Dimensions. The commercials made it a little hard to determine what to expect; and was a bit confusing in the beginning. There direction to build something that came with the starter pack but not other? then i actually read that other items would be built during game play.. pretty cool.

The game was purchased for my sons who love Legos. They couldn't wait to start building and playing. The game is unique in the way you have to keep moving the characters around the device to solve puzzles. It can get kinda tedious. The game is very diverse and the open worlds are really fun.

Awesome,amazing,terrific out of this world Christmas gifts. He loved it and I am sure he has played the game with much anticipation. I would recommend this item for all you game fanatics out there. The customer service at best buy was great. I enjoy shopping there for all my gift buying.

LEGO Dimensions is a no-brainer for anyone who's fallen in love with the way Traveller's Tales brings your favorite franchises to life through the humor of LEGO. A mix between nostalgia-soaked classics and newer LEGO IPs, this is a great investment for gamers of all ages.

Great fun and it provided a good amount of characters for the game. Building is fun. Be warned the guide books are on the game and not in the package. For me it really brought the two worlds, legos and video games, together.

My 8 year old son and 9 year old niece both received this game for Christmas. My son hasn't put his down and he and my biece are constantly calling one another to share tips and tricks. Found out that some of the instructions (how to put the batmobile together) are IN the game. You find them during game play. My 8 year old (who LOVES Legos) was able to assemble the game board on his own while my niece's dad helped her to assemble hers.

Picked up after getting a WiiU and thankfully was able to price match the website with the in-store price. Game shows you about half of the directions to build the portal and the rest are done in the game, which is really cool. It's awesome to see the dynamic teams come together in synergy and how it all works. Definitely a pick up, but be ready to plop down a LOT more for the extra characters that you're GOING to want.

Another strong game from the lego franchise. Kids love the incorporation of having the physical toys with the video game experience. Wish there were more franchises involved.

Another great lego game, with many fun characters from different series. Although just like skylanders and disney infinity you have to buy the extra characters and levels.

My 11 year old son is having a blast with this game. He really likes how you have to complete levels in the game to unlock plans to build different LEGO pieces. Great job!

I got this game for my son because he enjoys video games and Legos. The set up of the portal is fun and easy to understand but it does not need to be set up to work properly. Recommended if you enjoy building with Legos or any of the Lego games/movie.

I read so many bad reviews on this game. So I kept waiting to buy it! I love the game , yes you need to buy the Lego packs but not all of them! I do love it a lot!

I have always enjoyed Lego and passed that on to my kids. When I saw announcements for this game, I knew we had to have it. It's great and fun to play!

Great game just be ready to buy the Lego packs that go along with it quickly but other than that it is just like playing the other Lego video games

Always wanted it but never wanted to splurge into the high cost. Now that future additions are discontinued everything is on sale.

My son loves this game and I do too! We first put the pieces together and then start playing. He gets so excited when we get new characters!

Bought the game for my 10 year old son as a Christmas gift and he loved it. You can play the game using tons of characters. Entertaining.

Fun game. Kids kids busy. Only con is that the piecesame get kinda expensive. I buy them when it's on sale. With the gcu it's manageable.

Great idea, great game. My kids loved putting together the characters. They were very excited when they saw they got it For Christmas.

They haven't stopped playing. My only complaint is that they love it so much I am being pressed to buy them ALL of the expansion packs!
