I bought this battery for my daughter's phone. She charged it overnight two times. It did not accept a charge either time. She could not even turn on the phone with the battery in it. When she took this battery out and put in her old battery, which we were replacing because of short life, the phone worked. This was bad enough, but when I returned it to the store they refused take the battery back, even though it stated on the bottom of the receipt that it could be returned to any Best Buy location. I had to mail the battery back to bestbuy.com, and I have yet to receive credit for the returned battery.

I bought this battery to replace the battery In my LG Verizon phone! Well don't bother people. The LG Touch will NOT ALLOW you to even turn on your phone with this replacement battery in your phone! It simply will not work! Nor after waiting for it to come in the mail can you simply return it to the store locally. It must be returned by mail! Needless to say with the hours that I work it is now money down the drain because I can NOT leave my job and go to the post office and they are closed when I get off work and I also am working on Saturday for that short period of time when they are open! So I am out the money I spent for some product I can NOT use!
