The battery has yet to fully charge! I am very disappointed in this product.

I've purchased a few dozen of these because of the great price. Unfortunately, I've had about a 50% failure rate with these batteries. They stop being detected in Windows. I've tried them in multiple laptops and they all do the same thing. Lenmar was great about the RMA process, but even after they shipped me a new battery, the replacement failed after 3 days of use, the same as the others. I will say that the batteries that actually work do their job. They last a good 2 hours, just like the Dell factory battery. I can't give a good recommendation due to the horrible failure rate. Out of 25 of these things, at least 10 have failed already, and I've only had them for a few weeks.

I bought this battery to replace the one that came with the computer. I was expecting to average maybe an hour and a half, maybe two hours on energy save mode, like when the previous battery was new. I was pleasantly surprised however to find that the battery has a normal life averaging around two hours on regular mode. Even on high performance mode I recieve more than an hour. This has made my studying more flexible, rather than the need to be attached to a wall.
