My laptop battery gave up finally, and the replacement battery from Dell was way over priced. This battery holds a charge and was a decent price.

I was given a laptop to recycle. After careful diagnostics I realized that the only thing wrong was the battery. I found this one on BestBuy.com and it has exceeded all of my expectations!

I received the battery quickly after ordering it from my local Best Buy. I was so happy to receive the battery because mine was dead and I don't like being without my computer. I charged the battery as directed and it has worked perfect.

I was at first concern that this product would not work for my Dell Laptop, since it was not from Dell, I talked with an employee who new a thing about computers and was assured that it would work. If it did not I could return it to the store. He placed the order for me and had it shipped to my home, it arrive within 3 days. I installed it and it works perfectly!! Thank you Best Buy Employee!!!

Epson ink cartridges were easy to replace and price was best I could find.

Good battery for the laptop. Lasts about a year with very heavy usage. This is the 2nd one I have bought and will continue to buy them as needed as long as I have this computer.

I have a new laptop. I could get maybe 10 minutes but now almost 3 hours. And such a price. And so so easy to replace. Wow!

Works well on my Dell Insipiron laptop. Although I had to buy a new charger since mine would not charge anymore.

Poor laptop. It was dying. I don't use it a lot so I had no desire to purchase a new one. Then someone said ck on getting a battery. Sounded resonable. Next hurdle for a 69 yr old lady, would I be able to do it myself? How easy! So simple and works like new. So pleased.

This item was on sale for $50.99 so I bought it instead of buying a Dell battery for $109,99. My laptop is 4 years old and this is the first time I've had to replace the battery. I may be buying a new laptop in the next year so I didn't want to spend a lot on a battery. It works but doesn't last as long as stated but neither did the original. Computer lags sometimes, don't know if it's the battery or age of the computer.

Took the old one out and replaced it. Fast and easy. Charged in no time at all and I was freed from the cord and could move about again.

this battery works great. it was a great price. I would recommend this to everyone.

Ever since I got it I've been happy about it Becouse I need it one for a long time it works for small periods of time maybe two hours life but you know it works

Purchased as a replacement battery for a Dell laptop and it works fine. No complaints.
