It's a battery so only time will tell how good it is. I am replacing the original battery which has been in my laptop for the entire 5 years. So if it lasts as long as the original - I will be QUITE happy. The only issue I had was that I almost could not get it into the battery compartment. I had to use great force to get it in. I was beginning to think it had been mis-marked and that I had the wrong battery. It could be an issue again when I remove it as I may have to pry it out with a srew-driver. I won't try to test that until necessary as I'd hate to break it right now. It's in - and it works. As an FYI, the laptop I had trouble attaching it to is an HP Pavilion dv9000.

The original battery pack was not holding the charge so I came here to find a replacement. It snapped in perfectly and took up where the original left off. HP no longer makes them and Lenovo answered the need.

The battery does its job. Stays charged for about 45 min before requiring to be plugged in. Its only been 1 month. Will see if anything changes.

After I purchased several cheap replacement batteries that ended up dying, I came across this one. So far the battery has lasted 4 hours on high performance and my laptop is barely warm. I ran the HP Battery Check software and it shows that this is a good battery. I am glad that my laptop (HP dv9000) finally has a lithium ion battery verses one with cells. I think the price could be a little less but I guess you get what you pay for.
