Sony, like too many big corporations, no longer makes accessories to support their products. I called Sony for an alternative Lithium-ion Battery for my Sony Digital Camera and they wouldn't make a recommendation. I turned to my electronics store and they put in a special order for Lenmar's Lithium-ion battery. It took a week but Lenmar came to the rescue and my camera is now working better than ever!
