I loved the price of this computer. If you are looking for a great quality computer and don't mind a below average screen resolution then this is perfect. Compared to anything offered at walmart target and office depot this is the best place to spend your money. I reviewed a lot of computers and even tried out a few high end computers but I prefer the option that felt more sensible and didn't break the bank. Only con is the buttons come out easily and don't want to go back on.

I absolutely love this Lenovo! It boots up almost instantly and the 8gb ram just flies. The touchpad is a bit finicky with the zoom getting in the way but I mostly use a USB mouse anyway. The screen is great and the weight of the unit is perfect for how I use it. Easy one-hand usage. My only complaint and reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the fact that the fan and fan intake is on the bottom of laptop. I can't recall seeing a Lenovo with a bottom mount fan.

I honestly did not expect much from this laptop. I just wanted something that was $500 or less, light so it wasn't a bother to carry ,and small enough to fit in my messenger bag. Well this PC exceeded all my expectations for it. Light as a feather with a slim metal case that somehow still has an optical drive. This is my first AMD process ever and I'm really impressed with it. It's certainly faster than my old i3. The wifi card deserves mention too, on the 5ghz band I get a great signal all the way on the other end of my yard. USB-C is also nice future proofing to have since soon enough that will be the standard on every smartphone. Runs all the standard programs (Office,Photoshop,etc) with ease and multitasks really well. Screen is crisp and bright even in full sunlight. The speakers get quite loud and have a bit if that bass oomph we all love. So it's great for streaming or playing music. 8GB of RAM seems to be plenty for this machine and even though its not SSD the 1TB HDD is quick enough that I don't really think it's an issue. The battery may not last a whole 5 hours but I was able to watch both Avengers movies start to finish with 50%brightness and full volume(4.5 hours) so that's close enough to the listed time for me. To top it all off it plays every game I've thrown at it so far really well. Dark Souls 1, Dirt Rally, Skyrim, Fallout all run at 30FPS(med-high settings) with no drops. DOTA2 and LoL on medium usually stay around 50-60fps (I don't play CS:GO so I can't speak to that) So for e-sports this works great. Portal 2, CIV V and other less intense games will give you 60FPS no problem. I was gonna grab a vega to put in my desktop soon but tbh I'm just gonna use this as my primary rig for the time being. Granted it's not 4K but it's still a pretty good bang for your buck. All in all unless you doing some intense video editing or looking to run the Witcher 3 this PC should take of your every need. This is my first Lenovo PC and my first AMD processor and they have definitely earned a repeat customer in me!

I did have to return the first one I purchased as it had a dead pixel. No biggie, those things happen. Performs very well for the money, I would have had to spend about $150 more to get a better laptop. Speed is good, seems to do everything easily. One thing I don't like it battery life is somewhat short and not easily replaceable as it's internal, although nowadays most laptops don't have externally accessible batteries. Great deal.

We bought this laptop for our daughter who does lots of art programs. It has great speed and memory capacity. I would recommend this laptop as moderately priced and a great value.

We needed a new laptop so we went to Best Buy looking and this one was the winner. It's pretty fast, has plenty of storage, does exactly what we needed it to do for a laptop.

I purchased this laptop for my daughter for college. I am very happy with the amount of space she will have. Also its sleek and not too heavy. Got it for a great price.

Overall it is a solid laptop for a decent price. I was put in a pinch this summer when i needed a laptop for college but also just rolled my truck. Had to cut back and spend less. I would say i got what i paid for. It performs the tasks but is not the flashiest computer out there. If you dont mind a cheaper feeling computer and not having all the bells and whistles then this is a great way to save some money

So, after a lot of research took a gamble. That did not pay off. No issues on ordering/arriving. plugged the computer in to let it update and set up this took a total of 16 hours. 12 just for initial down load to turn on. Once off the power cord, just on battery installed office and chrome browser took just over an hour with the battery being down to 20%. Read the info on how to extend battery life by setting it properly. Charged it back to 100% daughter did her homework roughly 40 minutes and then wife attempted to chromecast a 30minute sitcom. Battery died. So charged the laptop again, double check the settings all was the way it should be. Same again 40 min homework and 30 min sitcom battery died before the show ended. Spoke to geek squad we were doing what we should. So we have returned this "laptop". When it was plugged in it worked fine and had no issues. Just HAS to be plugged in. Not what we were looking for.

I got this laptop for $349 it was an excellent buy- it's fast, you can use it for casual gaming, and has 1 TB storage. Hopefully I will use it for years to come.

If you are looking for a computer that won't rip your pockets this is the one. Is perfect for school/office work plus 1T of memory is the best, is super fast...

For the price this is quick, plenty of storage and easy to operate. It's a large laptop and light. Price was right.

A decent one with this price. I can play Diablo 3 with a medium setting for just around $300(I get this discount price during black Friday), the screen is adequate. With enough ram and HDD space for daily use. This is a very good second computer for the house.

This is a laptop for my children to use as well for us adults to use around the house for basic computing needs. For that purpose it is great despite being short a few features of high end laptops. Value-wise, this laptop is the tops. Everything about it is pretty good quality and I have had no issues. For value, its 5 stars, but I just didn't feel right about giving 5 for a economy laptop.

Bought this for my better half and at first she did not like the feel of the keys and the touch pad. It has been a few weeks now and she is getting accustomed to the feel and she like the calculator keypad which was missing from her last laptop. It has been a few weeks and it performs well but she is still trying to get accustomed to the heavy feel of the keys. Nit picky, I know....

The laptop was easy to set up and is easy to operate. Seems to be everything I wanted....emails and bill paying. And the price was very good for me.

Recently bought the laptop on a Black Friday sale for $300. Its a great laptop overall with great storage(1TB) and RAM(8GB). Like the keyboard and touchpad. Has a numeric pad as well so pretty handy. The screen display isn't the best, but what do you expect in this price range, so not too bad. Could become a little faster though, probably need to uninstall unnecessary software.
