The freeware is on a link and not preinstalled. That was great. The computer I originally wanted saved in my cart changed price overnight. This computer has a lot for a great price.

It is thin and not too heavy. The monitor screen could use some enhancement. It is not as bright or as clear as the HP laptops I have owned. Overall, the laptop is very good.

Posted .Thank you for choosing the Lenovo IdeaPad 320-15 laptop. Be sure you have the auto brightness feature turned off. You can check this setting by right clicking on the Windows 10 desktop. Select "Display Settings" from the window that opens. In the next window that opens, there is brightness adjustments there and a toggle for auto brightness. Make sure this is turned off.
Great Machine

I took off one star because it’s ginormous. I wasn’t expecting it to be so big. It’s size is by no means a deal breaker. Would definitely buy it again.

My 3 year old Toshiba kept breaking every 6-9 months...And it feels like my new Lenovo is doing much better. The only complain i have is the speakers...i used to have them on my Toshiba right above the keyboard. And now the sound is not that clear cause the speakers are hidden on Lenovo.

Thought A12 processor would be noticeably faster than older computers with Google fiber but not that much of a change seen. Best Buy cashier was very friendly

Posted .Thank you for choosing the Lenovo IdeaPad 320-15 laptop. This model has a battery life of up to 4.5 hours, depending on the work that the device is performing. To increase battery life, try changing your power management setting to a more conservative one. You can do this in the control panel, in the power management category on your system. Select a more conservative power management setting to extend battery life. Regarding processor speed, This system should be an extremely fast system with its AMD A12 processor and 8GB of RAM. Be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programing errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults.

A good laptop for everyday use when you don't want to spend a lot of money on a computer that is going to be in and out of a backpack.

For those that need more than 3 hours of laptop plug in, this is not for you. However, everything else exceeds expectations.

At first I was a little leary, But after using it for about 2 days, I still believe that it doesn't matter what the brand is - it's whats inside that counts. For the price it's a very good laptop. Processor speed is very good. Memory and HD is also very good. I would recommend and would buy this brand again.
