Item was good but best buy er service was terrible
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The laptop was good, the keyboard settings were a bit wonky so it took forever to get someone to point me to where the settings are to change it and in the end no one could help me so I decided to return the item and by straight from the manufacturer because the best buy customer service made me wait hours on the phone without getting helped.
