After one month the screen starts to blink and goes blank. Unfortunately, the support center does not answer very well and tries to ignore me. A big disappointment. I really do not knowvwhat to do!

The laptop is okay. It has perrinal charging issue. It lags in WiFi connection also. Lenevo support is also not great.

Purchased this laptop for school. Worked great for five months, then the thing crashed. Talked to Lenovo, they barely understood me and I barely understood them. Was told I would receive recovery media in three business days to help w/ troubleshooting. Two and a half weeks later I received the drives. The recovery media failed to resolve the issue. Contacted Lenovo again, and they said to take it to Best Buy Geek Squad. Took laptop into Best Buy and was told I would get a call from someone from Geek Squad the next day after running diagnostics. Well, I didn't; instead they called the following morning to inform me that the hard drive had failed diagnostic testing. Had to take another trip to sign my signature so they could send the laptop out to their authorized repair facility, because they claimed they don't have, nor could obtain the type of hard drive for the laptop (the hard drive is an M.2 type). However, on the Best Buy website, they offer various sizes and brands of M.2 ssd hard drives. Either way, I was informed it would take next to three weeks to get my laptop back. I'm now patiently waiting to receive my laptop with a prayer that it will last more than five months before another wonderful electrical component failure. One other mentionable: over time the lid will become misaligned with the keyboard and close crooked. There are many complaints on the web for this issue without a resolution. If you want to get a laptop that lasts and won't have alignment issues when you close your computer up, do yourself a favor....don't make the choice of purchasing THIS laptop. Spend the extra money and get a quality product.

After reading the reviews, I decided to buy this Lenovo. I have not regretted it.
